The Neighborhood:

The Ternes neighborhood, nestled in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, is a vibrant residential area known for its mix of elegance and everyday charm. With its wide avenues and lovely squares, Ternes boasts a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely stroll or enjoying a coffee at one of its terrace cafes. Within steps of the famous Arc de Triomphe, you can enjoy the view from "Place De L'Etoile" of the Champs Elysees Boulevard and the Eiffel Tower.
