The first bedroom, overlooking the private patio, is bathed in natural light and includes a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, and a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. Both bedrooms share a separate toilet with a sink in the hallway.



The dining and kitchen areas are seamlessly connected to the private patio, providing a tranquil space to unwind after a day of exploring or to enjoy a special dinner while admiring the vertical green garden. The sleek and modern kitchen features original exposed limestone walls, which, along with the oiled oak floors, create a unique and stylish ambiance.



A contemporary staircase, suitable for adults and children aged 8 and older, leads to the lower level. Here, you'll find a third bedroom, a bathroom with a rain shower, sink, and toilet, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Luxury independent designer boutiques contrast the plethora of vintage shopping that sell second hand goods by the kilo, as well as haute cuisine restaurants versus local corner brasseries. At the southern you will see the Île St-Louis and the eastern part of Île de la Cité, the oldest part of Paris. This area is very popular thanks to attractions such as the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Place des Vosges, the city hall and the Gothic Tour St-Jacques. Contrasting with all the historic buildings is the modern Centre Pompidou.



Getting Around:

A few minutes walk from the apartment, Le Marché des Enfants Rouges is one of the most typical parisien markets where it is good to walk around and enjoy the terraces for a weekend brunch.

Please note that the apartment is situated on the ground floor and faces the street. The entrance door is secure and fitted with a reinforced lock.

The apartment features a lower ceiling height on the downstairs level.
