Enjoy your vacation in a real Parisian family apartment of 110m2 with a large living room / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower and bathtub) to discover Paris on foot with your loved ones. We open a few weeks a year the apartment where we live all year to always welcome travelers with pleasure.

400m from the Élysée Palace and the Embassy of the United States in Paris, in a prime central location.

We renovated our apartment to give it back its Haussmannian appearance (classic Parisian style). Very bright, we are on the 5th (elevator) with a balcony to enjoy the view after a long day of walking.

Our apartment is ideally located a few steps from the Champs-Élysées (less than 10 minutes on foot), the Tuileries Park, the Louvre, the department stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, the chic stores of the rue du Faubourg Sainte Honoré to buy some gifts or souvenirs) and the major tourist attractions of Paris. The area is very well served and you will also have the possibility to go directly to Versailles, Disneyland, Orly, ...

The area is very safe because it is close to the Elysée Palace (residence of the President of the French Republic).

At Christmas, you are 10 minutes walk from the Christmas windows of the department stores and the famous Tuileries Christmas market (the largest in Paris). In summer, close to the Tuileries garden festival (merry-go-round, attractions ...) for children before or after a visit.

As we live there all year round, we can also give you advice on restaurants, outings or other...

The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each rental and we provide sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, and we leave all the condiments we use for cooking (oil, spices...) ... the goal is for you to spend your vacation visiting and not shopping.... This is what we appreciate in the rentals we go to so we do the same ;)

Many amenities available: wifi, washer-dryer, hair dryer, books and toys for children... and a fully equipped kitchen.

After your reservation, we can exchange on WhatsApp to best organize your visit (choice of beds, etc.).

In summer, one mobile auxiliary air conditioners available and fan per room if necessary (in case of high temperatures - one is a powerful split AC).

Close to many metro lines, buses, RER A (ex. direct access to Disneyland Paris from RER regional train Station called "Auber") and St Lazare Railway station (direct access to the Palace of Versailles via train "L" and the "Versailles Rive Droite" station).
