An unforgettable wedding anniversary guaranteed. You will see the Eiffel Tower from your bedroom and bathroom. We ourselves, a loving couple for over 30 years, live in this apartment that we rent out for vacations. We will share with you our books and our green plants, as well as the brand new baby grand piano (with a silent feature) that sits in the living room, and the antique clock that chimes the hour if you wind it up. You are welcome to play the piano, of course, but not before 8 a.m. and not after 10 p.m., unless using the silent feature and headphones. We previously rented out an identical ground-floor apartment at 29 Avenue de Suffren for several years and have fond memories of all our guests. We're confident this new experience will be just as delightful!

Anniversaire de mariage inoubliable garanti. Vous verrez la Tour Eiffel depuis votre chambre et depuis votre salle de bains. Nous-mêmes un couple amoureux depuis plus de 30 ans, nous vivons dans cet appartement que nous louons pour nos vacances. Nous partagerons avec vous nos livres et nos plantes vertes, ainsi que le piano 1/4 de queue neuf (avec silent) qui trône dans le salon et la pendule ancienne qui vous donnera l’heure si vous la remontez. Vous pourrez faire chanter le piano, bien entendu, mais pas avant 8 h le matin et pas après 10 h le soir, sauf avec silent et casque. Nous avons donné en location pendant plusieurs années un appartement identique en rez de chaussée au 29 avenue de Suffren et avons gardé un excellent souvenir de tous nos hôtes. Gageons qu’il en sera de même pour cette nouvelle expérience!

Great Apartment, Great Location!

This Apartment was fantastic! The Eiffel Tower was less than 2 minutes away, the Metro was pretty close as well. Everything was nice and clean and they helped us with anything we needed. The beds are also VERY comfortable, we loved this apt and would stay here again if we ever go back.

Large apartment, Great location & attentive owners

Our family of five stayed here for four nights in October and was very happy with the property and have recommended it already to friends. Great location near Eifel Tower but more importantly some great local restaurants, Italian, Bistro, Dry Cleaners, Pastry shop, grocery store all within 1 block or so. As others have pointed out this is a very large 3 bedroom with a generous size living room.

Fantastic Apartment

This apartment was in a fantastic location! A short walk to the Eiffel Tower, so we could visit it daily. There were many restaurants and markets within a couple of blocks from the apartment. The apartment was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was as described. The landlord was kind and helpful. We will definitely stay in this apartment again!

Great location, loved this place

This was our first time traveling abroad and we loved this location. Great communication from the owners and they were so friendly and helpful. Eiffel Tower around the corner, close to metro, a grocery store across the street, & yummy pizza on the corner, which we picked up two night while we were there and ate under the Eiffel Tower. Older place, but we loved that. We wanted authentic and to feel like we were in Paris. Beds were comfy. We loved sitting the the main room and watching people on the street. Great Wi-Fi, which the teens appreciated. Perfect place for our family of 5.

Wonderful place to stay in Paris

When I booked the apartment, I was excited to see how close it truly is to the Eiffel Tower, and we were not disappointed! Not only is the apartment directly by the tower, it is a wonderful centralized location to see all of the sites in Paris. Right across the street is a wonderful bakery and grocery store. There are many wonderful restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The apartment is very clean and set up nicely. There were four adults in our party (coworkers), and it was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. All of us agreed that if we returned to Paris, this is where we would stay again. The owners are extremely helpful, and even offered us a place to store our belongings on our check out day so that we could continue our sightseeing. Overall a wonderful experience!

A perfect place to call home for your visit!

Just steps from the Eiffel Tower we were not lacking in photo opportunities no matter where we went in the area of this beautiful landmark. Steps away from the Batobus, Metro Station and across the street from the lovely Le Beaujolais Cafe Brasserie. This made it easy for mom's and dad's to take turns crossing the street for an adult afternoon cocktail! The food there was delicious as well with heaping bowls of frites and delicious pasta's and steak to order. Just the streets alone with the charm and architecture makes you feel a part of the city even if you are only there for a short time. And the owner's were very nice to work with. Also nice was the two larger bedrooms and an additional bedroom housing a bunkbed for the two children. Perfect for two couples each bringing one child. Or for two add'l children either way. Largest bathroom was very accommodating with tub and shower access as well as washer and dryer access. Full Kitchen with all of the amenities and Patisserie and Boulangerie very nearby for early morning runs to get cappuccino's and pastries!

Awesome Eiffel Tower Location!

This apartment was a rare find! The apartment is in the most amazing location--just steps from the Eiffel Tower; has markets, cafes and bakeries right at your door step; and is a short and easy walk to the metro. Not to mention it is on the ground floor of a beautiful and gated building! I was quite suprised at how large the apartment is--as the pictures on the website make it look much smaller. It is beautifully decorated, with ornate ceilings, comfortable sofas and very comfortable beds. I was also pleasantly surprised that it actually has 1 1/2 bathrooms since the website states it only has 1. The owners were fabulous to work with and were so helpful in not only providing us with tourist info and maps, but allowed us to store our luggage since we had a late night flight. I can not say enough about this apartment except that if you are looking for a beautiful, spacious, comfortable apartment that is in an absolute prime location then there is no need to look any further! Thank you to the owners for opening up your incredible apartment to us as the stay added so much to our unforgettable trip to Paris!

Très belle situation géographique. Appartement nécessitant quelques travaux de finitions.

Les points d'améliorations : Robinet de cuisine ne fonctionne pas bien. Appartement pour 6 personnes, mais canapé 3 places et un fauteuil. Les autres doivent s'assoir sur des chaises. Dommage ! Les soirées ne sont pas confortables pour tout le monde. Les finitions de peinture sont très médiocres alors que l'appartement pourrait être magnifique. Pour le reste, tout est OK et correspond parfaitement à l'annonce.

Great-Just as advertised

This place is huge. Lots of room. A washer/dryer combo that works great! King size beds (maybe the only ones in Europe). Great space to eat and relax and lots of room in the bedrooms. Gracious host and classic space. I wish o could post the picture of the building we took from the Eiffel tower. It is right next to one of the legs. Everything you could need is across the street too. Just great. Thanks.

Great apartment, great location.

Our stay of four adults at Catherine and Bruno's apartment was perfect for us. My daughter actually got married in Paris(which turned out so amazing) and so preparing and getting ready for the wedding was very convenient. We liked the location of the apt.as it was very easy to get on metro, or get a taxi. Shopping for daily groceries and pastries was right across the street, and there were many restaurants to choose from within walking distances.The greatest enjoyment was the Eiffel Tower so close to us that we were there everyday. I highly recommend this apt.as Catherine and Bruno are lovely people and were very helpful with much needed advice. The apt. was clean, spacious and affordable for Paris. We felt like we captured living like a Parisian. We do hope to return again someday.

A lovely Stay

A delightful apartment which was very spacious and characterful; we really felt like we were parisiennes! The area felt really safe, even late at night. There were lots of amenities close by- supermarkets, bakery, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, metro, etc. The Eiffel tower was literally a stones throw away which meant that we were able to beat the queues (if you could drag yourself out of the wonderfully comfy beds and warm apartment). Bruno kindly walked to meet us in the rain to ensure we could locate the apartment and allowed us to leave our luggage whilst we toured the city- a wonderful touch and much appreciated. We had asked a few questions prior to booking the apartment and Catherine was very helpful and swift with the responses. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as it was ideal for our purposes- a few days exploring Paris, in a safe location in comfortable and warm surrroundings -with amenities close by.

Perfect location, comfortable apartment

We visited Paris in Nov 2014 and enjoyed staying at the apartment very much. We found the apartment comfortable and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs...a short walk to the metro and also the RER station to Versailles. It was also very convenient to a grocery store and bakery (delicious chocolate almond croissants) which were both right across the street. The only complaint was the noise from the street, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, in the bedroom next to the street. However, the back bedrooms were very quiet. Thank you for the wonderful stay! If we ever make it to Paris again we will definitely consider staying in this apartment again.

Beautiful Apartment near Eiffel Tower

A beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom apartment located near the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was in a beautiful early 1900 Paris Building situated just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. There were many food places across the road to purchase your supplies or to have a meal. The train station was also just a 10 minute walk from the apartment which we utilised when we went to Euro Disney with the kids. The owners Bruno & Catherine were a delight to deal with and there was even a bottle of champagne left in the fridge on our arrival to toast our welcome. Bruno also went out of his way to organise a transfer shuttle back to the airport on the morning of our departure. A perfect place to stay with everything at your doorstop. Will definiately stay at this apartment again if we return to Paris.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location

This apartment is only minutes from the Eiffel Tower and is very close to metro and train stations. It is extremely comfortable and cosy and has everything that you could want. There is a nice selection of nearby grocery stores, bakeries, bars and restaurants. It is very clean and tidy. Bruno welcomed us very warmly. It is very reasonably priced to rent for such a nice apartment. I would strongly recommend it and anyone would be lucky to get the chance to stay here. Thanks again for a great stay. Our family of 3 adults and 2 children (10 & 6) were delighted with the apartment. It is spacious, very well appointed and has everything you need. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to many of the Paris 'sights'. All in all it is hard to imagine a better deal!

Very good value for money and location.

We were very happy with the apartment which was spacious and surprisingly good value for money (between the five of us) and the location was fantastic - just five minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Bruno was helpful and let us in at midnight when we arrived. All in all we were very happy and would recommend it highly to anyone who is visiting Paris!

Tremendous stay near Eiffel Tower

Really enjoyed the home. All the amenities we could ask for. We were two couples staying and we had more that enough room. The shower was great (even for a 6' 2" guy). Location was superb; quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, metro stations, food, and groceries. Would recommend 100% and plan on returning.

The rue Suffren apartment is in a great location, very nicely furnished and in an upscale neighborhhod. Bruno & Catherine were very helpful and gracious hosts, especially to my companion who needed medical attention, which Catherine very nicely arranged. Great place for a family to stay

The apartment was perfect for our family of 6. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see and we were close to the train station to go to Versailles for the day. The Eiffel Tower was around the corner and we were able to enjoy the beauty of it at all times of the day because it was so close. The bakery and market across the street was convenient for breakfast. This was our first trip to Paris and we will be back to enjoy this wonderful city. We would stay again in the apartment. Great place and location

We loved the apartment. There were 5 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 9 yo)-and still plenty of room. We were very close to the Eiffel Tower and to transit. We took the RER and bus around Paris. We took advantage of the bakery across the street early in the morning before heading out to the Louvre and Versailles. Catherine & Bruno were very helpful and friendly. They provided extra outlet converters (we had 2)-this was a huge plus as we had so many devices to charge. Our only regret is that we wished we stayed longer in Paris-2.5 days is not enough time to enjoy the sites. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing your it with us.

Great Location!

The location of this flat was just perfect - only a short 5-7 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. Across the street was a small market and a wonderful Patisserie for getting coffee and pastries for breakfast. The flat is just as depicted on the website - very spacious, clean, comfortable. It does have a bit of an "older" feel to it, not all shiny and new like many hotels might be. We did not mind this - it felt very "real life" Paris to us. It was great as we are a family of six and found hotels to be not accomodating to our size. We would definitely stay in this flat if we return to Paris.
