The Space:
Superb completely renovated studio, located on the 8th floor with elevator and balcony! Perfectly arranged and located, it can accommodate two travelers.

âą A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
âą A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
âą A bathroom: shower and toilet, fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo).
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
Take the RER B train toward Saint-RĂ©my-lĂšs-Chevreuse and alight at Gare du Nord.
From Orly Airport (ORY)
Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station.
Transfer to the RER B train toward AĂ©roport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and stop at Gare du Nord.
Follow the same steps as above to reach Jacques Bonsergent.
By Train
If arriving by train, Gare du Nord and Gare de lâEst are the closest major stations. From either, you can walk, take a short cab ride, or use the metro to get to our property.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is between 2:00pm and 9:00pm. A 20⏠fee is applicable for late check-ins until midnight. Access will be granted after 9:30am the next day for check-ins after midnight.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of âŹ150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
