Property Details:

This 20-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric kettle, Magimix coffee machine, mini-fridge, stove, microwave, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The sleeping area faces the street, furnished with a double sofa bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 2 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:

Le Marais is widely regarded as one of the best Parisian neighborhoods. It is home to the historic HĂŽtel de Ville de Paris and the iconic BHV department store, a beloved shopping destination for Parisians. The magnificent Place des Vosges, easily reachable on foot, is a must-visit. This beautiful square, a favorite green space for Parisians, comes alive on sunny days with picnickers and children playing around its many fountains.

The historic arcades surrounding the square house fine art galleries, chic restaurants, street musicians, and the former home of French writer Victor Hugo, author of masterpieces like Les Misérables and Notre-Dame de Paris. Le Marais is brimming with restaurants, boulangeries, and boutique shopping opportunities.

Take a leisurely stroll along the Quai de l’Arsenal to admire the famous Parisian "pĂ©niches" (houseboats), or enjoy a cruise on the Canal Saint-Martin. Wander past the Bastille towards the River Seine to reach Île Saint-Louis, renowned for Berthillon ice cream, or Île de la CitĂ©, home to the stunning Notre-Dame Cathedral.

Don’t miss the Promenade PlantĂ©e, a unique elevated park perfect for jogging or walking while enjoying sweeping views of the city. Le Marais invites you to lose yourself in its enchanting streets, marveling at the elegant architecture, historic cobblestones, and vibrant atmosphere.

With its proximity to the Saint-Paul metro station (Line 1), exploring the rest of Paris is incredibly easy. Hop on a train to quickly reach iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Champs-ÉlysĂ©es and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, and SacrĂ©-CƓur. Line 1 also provides direct access to Les Halles, connecting you conveniently to Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports from the heart of Paris.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

The room was exactly like the photos, perfect for one person. The host was available and replied to my messages very fast, always making sure that I was enjoying my stay. The location, personally, couldn't have been better! I was at 3 minutes from the office, on top of that you are pretty much in the center of Le Marais, so you have everything at your disposal at a short walk for the apartment. I was really happy, and will definitely consider coming back.

La ubicaciĂłn en la Rue de SĂ©vignĂ© es fantĂĄstica, en el corazĂłn de Le Marais, un barrio vibrante pero tranquilo, ideal para explorar ParĂ­s. EstĂĄ rodeado de encantadores cafĂ©s, tiendas y galerĂ­as de arte. El apartamento era encantador, con un diseño familiar (ya que me alojĂ© en uno similar antes). La cocina estaba bien equipada, con muchos electrodomĂ©sticos Ăștiles. Pude hacer el check-in a las 11 p.m. de forma gratuita y por mi cuenta, ÂĄlo cual fue muy conveniente!

The location was absolutely perfect, and the apartment was equipped with everything I needed. I loved how the windows opened wide, making the space feel bright and airy.
