Sur la rive Gauche, Appartement situé dans la légendaire rue de Grenelle. Placé entre le Bon Marché et Saint Germain des Prés. Refait à neuf par Architecte, confortable ; votre séjour Parisien n'en sera que plus apprécié. Quartier tranquille.
De la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble à la station de métro SÚvres-Babylone, cela ne vous prendra que 2 minutes.
Vous ĂȘtes proche de tout. Saint Germain des PrĂ©s est au bout de la rue, avec tous styles de restaurations : de la brasserie traditionnelle Parisienne ( Les Deux Magots, CafĂ© Flore, LIPP, ...) Ă  la restauration bistronomique de Cyril Lignac et bien d'autres (voire gastronomique avec la restauration du LutĂ©cia).
Cette rue de grenelle, longue de 2 kilométrés, mÚne du quartier de Saint Germain des Prés au Champs de Mars. La balade est ponctuée d'élégants hÎtels particuliers du XVII et XVIII siÚcle souvent siÚges d'Ambassades et de MinistÚres.
Au pied de l'appartement est jalonné des boutiques de luxes comme Prada, Céline, Ines de la Fressange, et bien sur le Bon Marché à quelques pas. C'est parfait pour votre escapade shopping.

Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Il y avait tout pour cuisiner essentiel quand on veut se faire des salades pour nos escapades. Les lits était trÚs confortable et la propreté impeccable. Agréable séjour en tout point.Merci à nos hÎtes.

Wonderful location. Perfect actually. Very clean. Very organized. basic interiors, with functionality being core to the design. The only downside to the flat is that you can hear people walking above you and the people walking in and out of the building. Perhaps part of the charm of sleeping in a building that is so old. Ear plugs solve that. Check-in/check out was easy. Wifi is great.

The stay was seamless and very well located! Communication was so easy as was the check in process. The only thing we struggled with was the air conditioning which was permanently placed in the living area while the bedroom was in a separate room. I think it may have brought in some mosquito issues as my husband and I were both bit several times overnight. We struggled sleeping in the same bed together since it’s a bit tight, but luckily the couch pulls out and was relatively comfortable! The laundry and kitchen were easy to use and worked well! The hot water in the shower does not last very long so use that time wisely. It was really nice have two separate sinks to use for the sake of getting ready! Thank you for our stay, we would definitely use this place again despite some of the minor mishaps!

Very efficient, well thought out apartment with lots of electrical outlets and air ventilation. Has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, the shower has lots of hot water and by Paris standards it is spacious. Except for hearing footsteps overhead at the odd occasion, it is very quiet and away from traffic noise.

My family of 4 stayed at the apartment and loved it. It was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well organized, in an amazing and safe location, and utterly charming. We loved the property and would happily stay there again. Everyone we communicated with was responsive and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hated to leave. Highly recommend!!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (children ages 6 and 8). It had everything we needed to be comfortable for our visit to Paris. It was clean, efficient, equipped with an A/C, washer/dryer machine, full kitchen and comfortable beds for our family of 4. The property manager met us for check in and walked us through the apartment explaining how everything worked and she was very welcoming to all of us! The location of this apartment was one of the best parts for us. It was close to cafes, shopping, tourist spots and felt very safe when we were walking back in the evenings. Paris is a magical city and if you are lucky enough to visit then I would highly recommend staying at this Rue de Grenelle apartment!! A big thank you to the owners and property manager!

A fabulous little apartment in the heart of Paris. Great location that allows you access to all the various sites and sounds. The owner (Mina) met us when we arrived, showed us how everything worked, suggested places to eat and gave us a nice bottle of wine to drink during our stay. This was a very nice touch. The unit had AC which was awesome for a summer stay. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything more from this unit. We would certainly stay again.

This apartment was in a great location! Very safe area and close to everything!! The metro stations were about a 5 min walk in either direction! The buses were just as close! The apartment was beautifully upgraded and has what you would need in it. It’s small, but ok for 2 people. I wouldn’t have more than 2 people in it. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo. Make sure you wash first and then use the dryer. The bathroom is small but has enough room for one person. Loved the location. Be aware that there is a flight of stairs that you would need to bring your luggage up to the apartment, but they are not too steep. Great place to stay in Paris!

Wonderful apartment, excellent location

This apartment was perfect for my friend and I who stayed for a week. Very comfortable and quiet, well-appointed kitchen, clean and well-functioning bathroom and WC, we knew we had found a gem as soon as we walked in. Mina provided excellent communication and a very helpful orientation to the functionality of the apartment. Highly recommend.

Just fine, not overwhelmed

The check-in process was fine as we were met at the flat to go over everything and be given a little tour. We were also provided with local places of interest. The bed and pilows were nothing to write home about. There was very little air flow in the bedroom. It got quit watm during the night. The couch was ok, kinda awkward to just sit around and chill out.Our biggest problem was returning to the flat to find ants in the kitchen. We didn't see or bring in a food source to attract them. We immediately reached out and there was no response for 24 hours. Which we were told, I'm not in Paris you'll have to go to the store to get something. The area is located in a generally nice area. Be prepared to walk a lot to get to the sites around the city.

Excellent location, quiet building.

This location was exactly as described. I mostly was on my own but my daughter did visit for a few days. We used the pull out bed and had no issues.Bed was comfortable.Flat was very clean. Kitchen had lots to offer for the size (context, I’m American and we have big kitchens.) Check-in was easy. Wi-fi was excellent. I worked from the flat remotely for a few weeks. The building felt safe and it was quiet.The location was fantastic. Walking distance everything you need and want! Honestly, I hope to return someday!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The area was incredibly walkable, safe, and has plenty to explore if you want to avoid highly trafficked touristy areas!Mina was quick to reply and accommodate us with an early morning check-in when we arrived in town. The apartment was secure and exactly as advertised. Perfect for a couple to spend a week!
