This is one of most elegant areas of Paris (trocadero ) . The trocadero square where you have a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower is a 5 minutes walk . you are 10 minutes to the Champs Elysees . The rest of Paris is easily reachable with 3 metro stations at walking distance ( etoile line 1, 2 and 6 boissiere line 6 and iena line 9)

The apartment is located at the second level without elevator of a xix century building . The building is very secure.

The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa, a bathroom with a large shower, a closet with a combo washer and drier, a separate toilet and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. each room has a door and its own independent entrance.

The apartment is quiet and has a courtyard view.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The area is very safe. There is a large range of cafes and restaurants. There is one supermarket in the immediate neighborhood. The popular marche de l'Alma , one of the best open air markets of Paris, open on wednesdays and saturdays is 2 blocks away .

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

This property is an excellent choice! It has everything and it is very conveniently located. The unit is just right for a couple. To me, the only drawback was that there was no lift and the two flights of stairs were semi-curved. The host was kind enough to help me with the bags on the way up...but the way down was quite tricky for me. That being said, my next trip to Paris I would still book this unit.

Perfect location between la Tour Eiffel and l'Arc de Triomphe! Quiet location, but several restarurants nearby, including one at the corner, next to the apartment entrance. It's quiet, but not too quiet in this neighborhood! The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The stairs weren't too difficult to climb with our suitcases (no elevator). I only wish there were a little balcony. The layout of the apartment is efficient and takes advantage of every inch of space.

The apartment is wonderfully located for all major tourist locations. Restaurants literally right outside the front door. Lovely bedding, well supplied kitchen. Lots of hot water, nice shower pressure. The major set back or issue for me was the floor. Squeak with literally every step, roll over in bed-you may very well wake up at the sound. Want to be -errr-romantic in the city of love? Bring earplugs or a real ability to-ummmm-focus.

Great apartment with almost everything you’d want. Olivier showed us around, and was sure to see if we had any questions or wanted recommendations. Chez Emile on the corner was a great bistro with a view of the Eiffel Tower in the evening. Close to Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Tracadore and the Metro.

Great stay. Be aware it is on the 3rd floor walk up if carring much luggage which thankfully we were not. Great location with a couple of cafes right outside and easy walk to tourists attractions.

View of the Eiffel tower as you walk out your door, close to many restaurants and bakeries. We felt safe walking the streets in the neighborhoods night and day. Would stay in this area again!

Absolutely loved the location. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was just right, smart design elements made it cozy, with space to put all our belongings so we didn’t feel cramped in the petit home.

Wonderful location

We had a delightful stay here. Olivier was a great host. The apartment is located near many restaurants, grocery, and boulangeries. There is an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door.

30th anniversary trip

Olivier was eager to make sure we were arrived and settled in. We loved the location, close to two subway lines, the L'Arc de Triomphe and Tour Eiffel both an easy walk away. The apartment is very quiet and a very comfy if squeaky bed! We would stay here again.
