Enjoy staying in the heart of the 8th arrondissement with this chic 3-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this chic 100 mÂČ 3-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue du ColisĂ©e in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed, Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 8th arrondissement is one of Paris’s grandest addresses, home to the Champs-ÉlysĂ©es, the Arc de Triomphe, and some of the city’s finest hotels, restaurants, and boutiques. The neighbourhood has a business-meets-elegance feel — the streets are broad and majestic, and the area is immaculately maintained. Parc Monceau is a lovely green escape nearby, and excellent metro connections make the rest of the city easily accessible.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Appartement confortable, mais bruyant le samedi soir

SituĂ© prĂšs de 2 stations de mĂ©tro et des Champs-ElysĂ©es, dans une rue plutĂŽt tranquille, l’appartement se trouve nĂ©anmoins Ă  quelques pas d’une discothĂšque qui ouvre Ă  23 h le samedi soir et ferme Ă  7 h le dimanche matin, ce qui est problĂ©matique pour l’une des chambres mĂȘme avec des bouchons d’oreille. Cela dit, l’emplacement permet de se dĂ©placer facilement, plusieurs Ă©piceries, restaurants et boulangeries sont Ă  proximitĂ©.

Honest review, this place has a lot of potential! It is great space with two full bathrooms in a nice area. However, there was such an AWFUL smell in the kitchen, making that entire space unusable. The smell was worst in the fridge, making it completely unusable though we did not know that until we had already bought groceries and went to put them away. I did reach out immediately however there was no remedy and we went all four nights without a usable fridge and no willingness to discount our stay. Also, it should be noted that the location to pick up the keys is the nearby grocery. The address given actually matches a few buildings so it did take a little effort to figure out exactly where to get the keys. Slightly more direction in the instructions would be 1000% helpful. Also, there IS baby cribs in two bedrooms and two highchairs in the dining area. Another review stated the same and then the host said they were only there when requested, but we did NOT request and the crib took up a lot of space in one bedroom in particular. As noted in another review there is a night club right outside the one streetside bedroom and it can be VERY loud a few nights of the week. My final issue, this is the only VRBO I have ever been required to pay a LARGE deposit upfront and it was not refunded until exactly two weeks post check out.

The apartment has a great location, right in the center and in a nice, quiet area. It was perfect for sightseeing. There are lots of good restaurants just a short walk away. The beds were super comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed, especially the heating, which was perfect for our trip.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The location couldn’t be better as it's just a short walk to the Champs-ÉlysĂ©es, but still in a quiet area, which made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our big group. It had everything we needed to feel at home, and we really appreciated the proximity to cafes and bakeries. The host was very helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and even guided us on how to use the appliances. The area is very walkable and well-connected, with the metro just around the corner, making it easy to explore the rest of Paris. It’s a safe and lively neighborhood but without the noise of being directly on a busy street. We’d definitely come back!

Great stay! The location was amazing, and the unit was clean and spacious for our group. The host was extremely responsive and provided clear check-in/out instructions along with helpful guidance for using the appliances. We had a small hiccup when we couldn’t find any toilet paper, but the host replied immediately and offered to reimburse us for purchasing some. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Our group of 5 adults and teenagers really enjoyed our stay in Paris at this property. It was an excellent location, very close to shops, restaurants, the metro and major tourist destinations. It’s in a very safe, walkable neighbourhood with a fair bit of action and noise. The apartment was quite spacious and generally had everything we needed. We didn’t cook at all during our stay, so can’t speak to how well the kitchen appliances worked. We ate most breakfasts at home and had everything we needed for that, though a few more sharp knives would have been useful. In terms of things that could be improved: 1) A second set of keys is really necessary but didn’t seem to be an option. 2) More basic supplies are needed - based on other reviews, I bought additional soap, toilet paper and garbage bags right away. 3) Instructions for the appliances are not clear enough. After a lot of googling I found instructions on how to use the combined washer/dryer - which worked well enough and was quite handy - but I would not have been able to use them properly without the instructions from the internet. I also brought my own detergent sheets from home in case there wasn’t any laundry soap, so I’m not sure if any was available. 4) Communication from the hosts was not great as other reviews have mentioned. The security deposit was refunded approximately 3.5 weeks after our stay and I received a message saying it would be refunded after 3 weeks after I had already sent several messages.

Good location but otherwise...

Great location but otherwise.... The ad said "sleeps 6 " and we were 5 adults but were charged a fee for "an extra person". I asked for an explanation but received no response. The owner refused to give more than 1 key which made the visit very difficult for 5 adults. The apartment was adequate but the furniture and decor was odd, mismatched and basic. The owner left a huge crib in one bedroom, 2 highchairs in the dining area and large toys in the living room that were difficult to work around. The owner responded very slowly and sometimes not at all to messages. Our stay was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my security deposit refund. Overall not great other than the location of the apartment.

Our stay was good, location was very convenient. For the most part pictures were accurate. A few things that would make it better would be wine glasses, more toiletries, upgrade some of the furniture and a new coffee maker. The Syrian restaurant right below was very good and a convenient spot to wait before check in or use for take out on a tiring day. Lots of grocery and convenient stores near by and lots of shopping and cafe's.

Fair review of three night stay

I feel obliged to write a review of my experience.The apartment was booked for a party of four through the platform vrbo. It was well located near the Champs Elysee with good access to the river and Parisian sites. The apartment was clean and renovated to a decent standard. The lounge was nicely furnished and great as a gathering point.The main problem with our stay however was the slow/difficult communication with the property management. There was no phone number, everything was done via VRBO app messaging or email. Each time an email was answered it was seemingly from a different person. We were a group of four, each with separate activities planned. Although with the booking two sets of keys were promised, we only received one set of keys for the apartment, massively inconveniencing our stay as a result.I would also highlight the following points.‱The bedroom located on the street side is extremely noisy.‱Slightly musty/damp smell on arriving. Possibly the apartment hadn’t been used in a while.‱The television did not work as the receiver could not be activated as the specialist CR2032 batteries both remote controls were dead.‱The majority of the pans in the kitchen were not compatible with the induction hob, so it was not possible to cook anything.‱The ensuite bedroom at the back was full of mosquitoes which resulted in many bites.‱Extremely stingy on toiletries. One and half rolls of toilet paper, two small sachets of soap. We needed to buy everything

The key location wasn’t the closest, but well worth the walk for such a great location. 2 blocks from Champs Elysee and great shopping, restaurants, boulangeries etc. Would stay here again in a second. Amazing!

Absolutely incredible location in Paris. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Great place for a family with little ones. Though we didn’t need them, there are two cribs, two high chairs, and lots of space!

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see, with great cafĂ©s, restaurants, and easy access to public transport. It made exploring Paris so convenient.The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it ideal for our family. Having three bedrooms gave everyone their own space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The living area was cozy, and the fully equipped kitchen made it feel just like home. The beds were comfortable, and everything was well-maintained.The host was very responsive, and the key collection and drop-off process was simple and hassle-free. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment was quiet and provided a peaceful retreat.If we return to Paris, we would definitely stay here again.
