Enjoy staying in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement with this chic 2-bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this chic 67 mÂČ 2-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue Saint-Denis in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. The flat has a shower room and a separate WC.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

One of the most historic and lively streets in Paris, Rue Saint-Denis runs through the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, connecting Les Halles to the grands boulevards. The street and its surrounding neighbourhood have been undergoing a renaissance in recent years, with independent coffee shops, natural wine bars, Vietnamese restaurants and creative studios filling the spaces between long-established fabric merchants and wholesale suppliers. The covered passages of the 2nd arrondissement, including the beautiful Galerie Vivienne and the Passage des Panoramas, are a short walk away and make for a wonderful rainy-day wander.



The neighbourhood is brilliantly central. The Centre Pompidou and the Marais are a ten-minute walk east, and the gardens and Forum of Les Halles are just to the west. The lively Montorgueil street market, one of Paris's best for fresh produce, cheese and pastries, is around the corner. For culture, the OpĂ©ra Comique and the Bourse de Commerce, François Pinault's striking contemporary art museum, are both within easy reach. The MĂ©tro at Étienne Marcel and Les Halles puts the whole city at your fingertips.

It's a spacious place in the heart of Paris, close to everything, very charming. The toilet room is very small and some amenities weren't working (e.g., the dishwasher)

Very nice location in the center of Paris. Nice size apartment. 6th floor walkup, pay attention to the listing. The master bed could be more comfortable. The dishwasher wasn’t usable but it wasn’t advertised. Only when we receive the check in instructions. You should update these accordingly. Good communication with the property manager. Overall, really good value.

We had somewhat missed that it was a 6th floor walk up. Not family friendly at all. The stairs are very treacherous. When we arrived there was urine in the hallway as the front door was left open due to construction. The adjacent building in the courtyard is in full construction. Super loud construction noise starting at 8:00 am going on all day. Plus plenty of dust. They charge for linens and aren't flexible at all. We have been using VRBO and similar for years. I wouldn't recommend this property.

Spacious aprtment, kitchen has a good range of crockery / utensils but watch out for the cooker hood which is at eye level. Good lively location with plenty of restaurants etc but not noisy in the evenings.We weren't disturbed by the building work and there were no issues with the entryway.The 100 stairs and restricted space in the toilet will mean this won't suit everyone.Some details would be of benefit such as information about facilities in the local area, tea towels / oven gloves would be useful and only one toilet roll for a 5 day stay .... Also no fire safety information was provided - somewhat concerning given the single access point anad stairs.The security deposit took a while to be processed - disappointing as there was no deductions to be made.

The location is great and the apartment is spacious except the restroom is tiny. A big guy would not fit in that restroom and I am not kidding. The communication is bad, the owner does not respond to call or what’s app which are the communication methods mentioned in their welcome email. Eventually someone replied email but then they donot seem to respond in the evening or weekend. So if there is any issue, donot expect a solution.

Nice apartment in a fantastic area for exploring and enjoying Paris. As others have said it is up 6 flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone with physical challenges. Apartment was clean and had modern furnishings but zero amenities. There was not dishwashing liquid or soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 nights, 1 tea towel. There was powder for the dishwasher but it had a sign on it saying it was broken. No basic cooking items like salt, pepper or oil. We had to buy everything. Kitchen knives were all broken and need replacing. The bed in the second bedroom is quite small. Our teenagers decided it was too small to share so one slept on the couch. However there were no spare blankets, covers or pillows to be found anywhere. Communication from the host leaves a lot to be desired. We were inundated with automated messages about paying to secure our booking, then about the check in process and requesting a review after we checked out. But when we needed help during the challenging key collection process did not get a response. We asked for an early check in as had been travelling 30 hours and no effort was made to accommodate us - we were just sent a copy & paste standard No response.They are extremely slow to return the damage deposit. Their policy says it is automatically refunded 14 days after check-out but it is now day 18 and still no refund. I have messaged them multiple times and have not had a response. I will not rent from BnB Nova again.
