This space you are about to book is a serie of 5 small size apartments of mine in central Paris.

It has a mix of modern items and history in a typical XIXth Haussmanian building, with a stunning view over the Paris roofs, including the Pantheon, from the large brand-new window.

The studio is located top floor with a lift up to the 6th floor, then a flight of stairs up to the 7th floor.

The entire studio is available to my guests.
- It comes with a Queen size bed (new mattress and two pillows).
- A fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, a washing machine, a boiler, a microwave/grill, a stove, pans and plates etc ...
- A fully equipped bathroom with a sink, a wc and Italian shower
- Clean sheets and towels.
- Wifi/AC/Heater/TV/iron iron table /hair dryer ...

With big window, you can enjoy the great view over the Pantheon. In Winter, there is a good heater and in Summer, the same that does AC (although temperatures are mild).

My studio has all the modern fittings with attention to details and all necessary equipment you will need to enjoy your stay.

1. What is the rental process?
Just select your dates, number of people, and go through with the booking,

2. What would the total be for renting your place between certain dates?
It depends on what you select when you go through the booking (the price should be indicated once you have selected dates and number of people etc on the booking page for the apartment). ( cf. #1).

3. Would there be a deposit? If so how much would it be?
Yes there is. You pay it to AirBnB, and they give it back to you 2 days after you are out of the flat if everything goes normal.
I have never had a problem before, and all of my guests have collected their deposit back. The Deposit is 200€.

4. Would it accommodate two people?
Definitely. it works for a few days.

5. Do you have Internet access?
Yes. There is WiFi Access. It is very fast.

6. Is this a secure building?
It is a very safe building.
First of all, it is a very safe neighborhood.
The street door requires a code to get in.

7. What time do we have to check in and check out?
With respect, check-in and check-out times are set since there is cleaning process in between before next guests arrive. We can, however, organise an early check-in and late check-out.

8. Are you close to public transportation?
Very close.
You have Maubert station right next to the studio.

9. Is there grocery shopping/ cafés near your place?
If you are arriving on Sundays or a Bank Holidays , since it is Paris, all shops are opened until late.
There is everything you can dream of nearby.
There are heaps of Cafés and restaurants nearby.

10. Is parking available?
Yes.

11. Do you have a washing machine?
Washing machine as well as dryer, are provided with the studio.

12. Is there anything we should know about your place?
It is comfy, with all-in right in the center and next to all monuments. In short, it is the perfect base for a wonderful Paris experience!

Wifi - Yes there is a digital connection with the rest of the world and it is unlimited, during your stay at the studio.

- Cleaning fee. I expect to find the place in the same condition when you leave as you arrived. Tidy and clean. I do charge a cleaning fee for complete cleaning between guests including the sheets and towels, paper, basics like tea/coffee etc.

Washing machine, vacuum cleaner and cleaning liquid are available to use.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The studio sleeps 2.
Queen size bed 140 cm - 2 people sleep comfortable.
2 pillows/duvet cover and bedsheets / 1 towel per person.




- The studio is right in the central part of Paris so you can find anything you wish at any time with shops opened untl late.
- I am kindly asking guests to clean the dishes, empty the fridge, gather your used bedsheets and towels, close the window, switch off the lighting, put the garbage back to the bin's area and return the key back to the mailbox when you check out.
- Please make sure you have read the info about the manual sent before checking in.
- Please note the studio is tiny (this is our Parisian standard: the area is the highest price per sqm in the world in the area with price around 15 to 20ke/sqm!) so if you fancy living like a local, the place is for you!
