At the entrance, there is a small hallway. On the left there is a small bathroom with toilet and sink. The living area consists of a leather sofa bed (140 cm), table with 4 chairs, bookcase, TV, and 2 large eighteenth-century windows overlooking a quiet courtyard.
Next to the table, a door under the mezzanine gives access to the well-equipped, modern kitchen. Taking the stairs in marble and iron you arrive at the mezzanine, where the sleeping area is located. This area is made up of a double bed (180 cm) and a large wardrobe with sliding doors covered with mirrors. In front of the stairs another mirrored opening in the wall leads to the main bathroom, with toilet, sink, and large shower.
