Property Details:

This 35-sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, mini-fridge, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is no clothes washing machine, but a laundromat is nearby. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The charming Montorgueil district is the ideal location for those looking to immerse themselves in the city’s atmosphere. The famous market street of Rue Montorgueil is steps from your front door, and offers a wide range of restaurants, boulangeries, cafes, butchers, cheese shops, fruit stalls and more! Both the Pompidou Center and the Louvre Museum are within walking distance to the flat. The beautiful Palais Royal and its secret gardens are also close by. With its close proximity to the Metro station Reamur-Sebastopol (Lines 3 & 4), accessing other areas of Paris is very easy. Just hop on the train to reach Opera, the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Les Halles Station is a 5 minutes’ walk as well, giving you a quick link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly AEports from central Paris.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

L'appartement Ă©tait parfait pour nous. Il est trĂšs bien situé : la station de mĂ©tro RĂ©aumur-SĂ©bastopol est Ă  deux pas et l'arrĂȘt de bus est juste en face. Le lit Ă©tait confortable, et le canapĂ©-lit Ă©tait Ă©galement trĂšs bien.

Too Noisy

The Location of the Apartment in Paris was ideal as it was close to many areas we wanted to visit.The Apartment key Pick-up and drop-off system worked really although the 3 locks on the door were tiresome, but no doubt needed.The main issue I had with the apartment was the noise.Although the conversion of the apartment above the Business had been nicely done. the was no soundproofing between the business and the apartment, and along the staircase the was clear daylight which meant we could hear every phone call and conversation, which was disconcerting and annoying. I can't help thinking it must have been the same for the business below. This alone did not concern me too much, however, the bar at the end of the Passage Way ( Les Cariatides) stayed open every weekday until 4 am and Friday until 5 am. The loud drunk talking volume was amplified by the Passagway. My daughter and I had four sleepless nights because of this!Had this been mentioned in the advertisement of the Property I would have looked elsewhere or at least expected a lower price because it.
