Residents enjoy walks among the natural beauty of manicured plants and flowers at the Jardin du Luxembourg. There are several museums and theatres in the area, so entertainment is always nearby. The French restaurant Bouillon Chartier is a popular pick of foodies who want a real Parisian expereince. Even better, the Notre-Dame-des-Champs Metro station on Line 12 provides easy access to the rest of Paris.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.

A security deposit of €3780 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
