L'appartement a 2 piÚces et une superficie de 35 m2 est situé dans une paisible rue piétonne pleine de charme du Quartier Latin, à proximité de la rue Mouffetard et de la place Contrescarpe.

Il a été entiÚrement rénové et meublé Design.

L'appartement est trÚs lumineux et donne sur une cour de jardin privé.

Il est situĂ© au second Ă©tage, accessible par des escaliers, il est Ă©quipĂ© de l’air conditionnĂ©.

Il comprend également une cave privée dans le sous-sol, pratique pour stocker des valises et autres objets encombrants.

L'appartement dispose d'une chambre (avec un grand lit de 140 cm) ouvrant sur une cour tranquille, d'un salon avec un canapé en cuir convertible dans un deuxiÚme lit double, fauteuils, tables, poufs, une salle de bains avec douche, lavabo et de l'espace de stockage et une Table modulaire pour les repas. Il y a beaucoup de placards.

La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon et équipée d'un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sÚche-linge, plaques vitrocéramiques, réfrigérateur et congélateur.

SituĂ© dans une rue piĂ©tonne donc calme dans un quartier trĂšs agrĂ©able prĂšs de la place de la Contrescarpe et de la rue Mouffetard. Tout est Ă  la portĂ©e de la main Ă©picerie, restaurants , mĂ©tro boulangeries.L’appartement est bien meublĂ© et joliment dĂ©corĂ©. La seule chose qui nous a manquĂ© c’est la climatisation dĂ» Ă  la chaleur intense qui a durĂ© plusieurs jours Heureusement, il y avait le ventilateur qui avait du mal Ă  nous rafraĂźchir....

IdĂ©al pour une famille. TrĂšs calme, donne dans une cour. Lit de bĂ©bĂ© disponible. Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© les petites attentions du propriĂ©taire (quelques pampers de secours, des jouets de bĂ©bĂ©, du savon et shampoing et de l'huile/vinaigre etc). Le tĂ©lĂ©phone portable prĂȘtĂ© n'Ă©tait malheureusement pas disponible pour nous.

Our wonderful stay in Paris

Our holiday was really wonderful because of this very nice apartment. Being with my family (My wife and my two kids) in the heart of Quartier Latin (Center of Paris), all our visits and activities were very easy, we felt that we are at home, the situation of the flat is ideal and perfect. The description in the web site was pretty accurate. It was very clean and well maintained. Many thanks to the owner Mr. Daniel for his kindest and good advices he gave before our arrival. I highly recommend this appart for 4 persons and will not regret the very closed restaurants and the facility for activities and attractions that you plan for visiting Paris in one week. Really highly appreciated...Again many thanks to the very kind owner Mr. Daniel.

Appartement trÚs agréable et bien équipé. TrÚs bien situé, dans une rue calme et tout prÚs de commerces, restaurants...Quartier du 5Úme attrayant et trÚs vivant. Métro à deux pas ou 20 minutes à pied de Notre Dame. Tout ce qu'il faut pour un petit en-cas en arrivant bien appréciable. TrÚs bien accueillis par Daniel. Nous recommandons cet appartement. Disappointing

We cannot recommend this property to other travelers. Daniel did not meet us upon arrival, and it took at least 30 minutes to release the key from the key box. There were dishes encrusted with eggs in the dishwasher. We had to manually wash silverware, mugs, and glassware before using. There was rotting fruit in the refrigerator. A fine grit covered the flat surfaces and floors. We discovered tiny insects on the sofa. After a week or so we saw itchy bites on our skin. Daniel refused to help us with the problem and suggested that we carried the bugs into the space ourselves. But we spent two separate week-or-more long trips elsewhere in Europe where the bites disappeared and we saw no new ones. Upon returning to this space, we saw the bugs and new bites within 48 hours. We suffered through the rest of our stay without being able to sit and relax on the couch. All we can say that is positive is that the water pressure is good and the location very good. But during a second consecutive shower, we always ran out of hot water. Be aware of these issues before booking.

Terrific Place in Latin Quarter

My husband and I really enjoy our stay with Daniel. He is an excellent host, informative, thoughtful and responsive. The apartment while small it’s quite comfortable for two people. It’s accessible to cafes, bakeries, and vibrant night lives of the Latin Quater. We spent one week in this location and would recommend it to our friends!

Fabulous property and host!

Booked with average expectations and was repeatedly surprised when one after another amenity exceeded our hopes. Our host, Daniel was exceptionally helpful, quick to respond and was an overall pleasure to work with. He helped us through booking, transit and suggested sites that would’ve been overlooked otherwise. The apartment is located between two major subway tracks easily accessible that will get you anywhere in Paris. It was clean, and has a shower with wonderful pressure. There are great places to eat and drink nearby on Mouffatard or Monge. I would book this place again for a future stay!

Amazing Get Away

This is a great property! The neighborhood is so charming, and there is a square right around the corner with different restaurants and food places where you can grab something to eat and enjoy dinner in a center square with a fountain. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised. The host is very responsive, and helped my husband and I with locating good places nearby. Within walking distance of the train, but also not too far to walk around and explore Paris by foot. Fantastic!

Amazing stay, property owner, and location

My friends and I had a wonderful stay and Daniel was a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and answered any questions we had. He was also available for communication before and during the trip. The apartment was the perfect size for the four of us and it was nice having a kitchen! The apartment is very close to the metro station and we also loved the local shops and eateries located down the street from the apartment. I very much recommend staying here!

Great little place close to everything

We booked This little place for a month January/February 2022. Daniel was amazing to deal with. He provided a lot of information and was very helpful on many topics. Very close to Metro stations however we only used for Versailles and the airport as we walked everywhere. You are about 5 from the Eiffel Tower/arc de Triomph, 2.5 to the Louvre. Lots and lots of shopping close and we preferred to shop at the Intermarket as the selection was better. There is a closer market about a 2 minute walk. Mouffetard is a one minute walk where you can get almost everything you need with lots of fish mongers, cheese mongers, fruits and vegetable stands and bakeries. More restaurants than you can imagine. The washer/dryer served us very well. The induction oven/microwave worked well. You have plenty of dishes (but a suggestion would be to have lids for some of the pots that actually fit. There is actually no fireplace and there was not a cell phone provided. The bed was quite comfortable although the bedroom room is very small. The living area floor is very squeaky but after a month we got used to it. The couch was is great shape and comfortable. Upon request, Daniel did pick up a SIM card for us which was €30 for 30 days unlimited. This was the best investment we made for our trip! Would definitely recommend this place. Daniel was amazing! Thank Daniel. When we return to Paris we will definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment in Latin Quarter

We loved our stay here. This lovely one-bedroom apartment was perfect for my wife and I but would have been tight with more people. It is located near La Place de Contrascape (1/2 block) and near where Hemingway lived. Contrascape has about 5-6 restaurants or bars with another 6 or so down the block. Perfect for a quick bite or night cap. It is also in the heart of the Latin Quarter and hear the start of Rue Mouffetard. Our host, Daniel, greeted us upon arrival and was helpful throughout our entire stay. He had guidebooks and extra converters and umbrellas and everything else you could want. Around the corner is a Carrefour and numerous wine shops. The area is safe and highly convenient. We highly recommend this apartment. The only kerfluffle is, I think, we arrived before the maids were finished but they showed up later and finished the job to perfection. Daniel was wonderful to work with.

Great Location/ Nice Host

The apartment is in a very good location in the Latin Quarter, steps away from Rue Mouffetard, which is one of the most vibrant streets on the left bank. Perfect place for foodies. The apartment is small and definitely can use some upgrades. The furniture in the living room , especially the pull out sofa, is past its prime and should be replaced. The bedroom is small, although the bed was comfortable.The kitchen is fine .But, we had no intention of cooking any meals. The owner, Daniel, is a very nice person and was helpful with advice regarding transportation alternatives during the massive transit strike.

Great location with walking access to many cafes

We stayed here for a few days on a whirlwind trip to Paris. It was in a great location with many cafes and bakeries less than a block away. There is also a small grocery store nearby. The apartment was a bit smaller than we were expecting, but we made it work (2 adults, 2 middle school children). The windows are very old and beautiful, but expect noise to travel through from outside.

The apartment is located on a very quiet side street off of a vibrant "place" filled with bars, brasseries, restaurants, creperies, boutiques. The supermarche and Marche au Monge are just walking minutes away for any grocery needs, and is where I purchased fresh pasta and shrimp to make a homemade meal in the kitchen! Importantly, Metro line 7 is also just within a few minutes walk, and this line will take you straight into the heart of Paris and other important Metro lines. The apartment itself is perfect for 4 people and is clean and modern. Clean towels and bed linens are provided as well basic kitchen pantry items. The property manager was prompt to respond to all questions and provide guidance as needed. When I return to Paris, I will definitely try to book this apartment again!

A great place in perfect location

The apartment really works well. We were there with three people and it was a comfortable stay. The apartment has everything you would need and is perfectly located in the center of Paris and right in the middle of the quartier latin, but at the same time its on a quiet (no cars, just pedestrians/bikes) street. Ideal! I highly recommend this apartment and will book it again for my future visits to Paris.

Nice little pad in Paris

Although A bit more tired than the photos on line, the apartment was very comfortable & well located. The kitchen was well appointed & the queen bed, very low and snug to the walls, was extremely comfortable once in it. The full size, good quality hairdryer and laundry machine were appreciated as well. Close to two metro lines, grocery markets and restaurants. Overall we had a very nice experience staying here for our first week in Paris!
