Our beachside studio, is like having your own boutique hotel suite to enjoy the coastal lifestyle Kapiti is famous for. Located opposite the Kapiti Island ferry departure zone and our beautiful walking beach. It’s the perfect place to catch Kapiti’s famous sunsets.

Privately set at the back of our property, you’ll be completely independent, separate and comfortable with a small kitchenette with microwave, 50 inch smart TV with fast internet and Chromecast.

Bathed in summer sunshine, enjoy a glass of wine on your own private deck and feel free to pick the superb lemons for your water, G&T’s or cocktails.

Adventure awaits, we are located opposite the Ferry departure zone to our world class bird sanctuary and native bush walks on Kapiti Island. There are also many other fabulous walks close by, the jewel being the fabulous Kapiti Escarpment Walk, native bush walks, cycling tracks, the world renowned Southwards Car Museum and of course our magnificent Paraparaumu Golf Club is just a stroll around the corner.

Foodies can discover abundant local produce by visiting many producers open for visitors, like Tuatara Brewery, Waikanae Crab, Kapiti cheese, Limencello, olive groves, if you’re here on a Saturday morning, wander down to our farmers market for great breakfast treats, fresh produce, honey, eggs, fish, gourmet meats, artisan bakers, pickles, jams, preserves, crafts and music.

Enjoy a 5 minute stroll along Marine parade to get fish & chips for dinner at the beach, stop for a drink or cocktail or sample our many restaurants, bars, cafes and eateries catering for all tastes including italian, vegan, Indian, Thai, Roasts, Turkish, sushi, pizza, fish & chips.

Completely independent from our home, with designated off street guest parking, you are able to self check-in anytime after 3pm (potentially earlier by prior arrangement only). We are around most of the time but you probably won’t see us unless you feel like a chat or we can help in anyway. Our windows don’t overlook the guest house, so you feel comfortable and private. Our cat is on the property, usually keeps to himself but may wander past.

No parties, loud music or events
No smoking inside - an ashtray is provided on the outdoor table
All quiet by 10pm - please move inside if you wish to continue
