Villa Blue 15 is a brand new three-bedroom villa, ideally located in the popular resort of Protaras, close to the main strip where you'll find all the beaches, including the renowned Fig Tree Bay, and a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new, state of the art furniture and fittings for a comfortable stay.
As you enter the fully air conditioned villa you will find the modern, open-plan ground floor surrounded by bi-fold patio doors giving access to the garden and pool area that oozes sheer class and immediately gives you the ‘home from home feel. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa and widescreen smart TV, the dining area has a table and seating for six persons, and the stylish fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with extra seating for two. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor.
You will find the three bedrooms and the main family bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; bedroom two also has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has twin beds. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is on this floor.
Outside, the attractive garden has a barbecue and outside dining area, perfect for nights in and entertaining, sun loungers for relaxing in the sun on those hot summer days and a private pool. There is also a roof terrace with a seating area overlooking the beautiful sea views.
This villa is the ultimate choice for families or groups of friends looking for an elegant and contemporary villa, somewhere that is close walking distance to everything, yet far enough away to not be disturbed so you can enjoy a relaxing, tranquil and peaceful break.

This resort is still developing and we have been notified of an active building work site within the vicinity. We don't anticipate the works having a significant affect on the enjoyment of your holiday, however they are visible from some areas of the villa grounds. Our local team will continue to monitor the area regularly and we will contact any customers where we feel their stay will be affected significantly.

To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide. The front door has a width of 94cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 135cm wide. On exiting the villa, the terrace is tiled and flat. The terrace is a mixture of tiles, concrete and artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 21 steps to the first floor where the double bedroom has a door width of 78cm and the ensuite door is 66cm wide.
