There are five serene bedrooms, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort. Each room is thoughtfully appointed, with soft linens, clean lines, and peaceful décor that reflects the villa’s Mediterranean setting. Three of the bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom, while the two single bedrooms are located in the basement of the Villa and share a bathroom. A fifth powder room is located on the ground floor. One of the rooms doubles as a Tv room, perfect for a cozy night in.

Located near the beautiful Sirena Bay Beach Bar, our villa offers a serene and laid-back atmosphere. Soft music can be heard during the day, adding to the peaceful coastal ambiance. And while we are not directly on the seafront, our villa boasts panoramic sea views from the garden, pool area, and several indoor spaces, providing the perfect backdrop for a truly unforgettable vacation.



Please be mindful of our plumbing system and help us avoid any blockages by using the bins provided for toilet paper disposal. We also have ceiling fans in each room, but please remember to turn on the corresponding wall switch for them to work. Each fan also has its own control for your convenience.



Our patio doors are designed to let in the refreshing sea breeze, but they do require a bit of know-how. Simply turn the handle anticlockwise, adjust the small latch, and pull the door toward you. To keep the door open, remember to return the handle to the locked position after opening.



As part of our efforts to conserve energy, we kindly ask that you turn off all lights and A/C when not in use or when leaving the villa. This not only helps us save energy, but it also helps to reduce your impact on the environment.
