Accessibility Statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 92cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a rocky path around the side of the house, which is 120cm wide. There is a small lip over the patio doors. The pool itself has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 19 steps to the first floor. The master bedroom door is 72cm wide, and the ensuite door is 64cm wide.
