Guest access
The Resort is owned and managed by Marriott and Harborside is their premier timeshare. Upon arrival, you check in as you would at a hotel. This is a cash-less property. A credit card is required for incidentals. Please send me the names of all guests who will be in the villa. I will share this information with Owner Services who will transfer the reservation in your name. At check-in, please provide a photo ID that matches the primary guest's name. We often arrive early and leave our luggage with the bell desk and head to the beaches, pools, or The Dig, Atlantis's amazing aquarium.
Other things to note
We first visited Atlantis over 15 years ago, fell in love immediately, and bought a timeshare! We return almost every year. Even though our kids are grown up, Atlantis Paradise Island is still their happy place and favorite vacation destination. I hope you have the same experience and fall in love with the resort as we did – it is not hard! This year we are not going to Atlantis due to a conflicting family vacation, which is why it was up for grabs on Airbnb.
The highlight of our Harborside vacation is getting access to all Atlantis water parks, beaches, beach towels, casinos, and restaurants – no daily fee to enter the resort – you are a part of the resort. This is a Marriott resort and Harborside is their premier Villa owner-timeshare. We have stayed at the Atlantis hotel (prior to villa ownership) and found the room to be small and the restaurants expensive! At the villa, we love having a full kitchen which saves on meal expenses. On route from the airport, we stop at the grocery store to load up on essentials. Paradise Island has its own modern, and beautiful grocery store and Harborside shuttles will take you there to restock. We enjoy breakfast every morning on the balcony, pack a sandwich for a lunch picnic and return home for dinner. Following dinner grabbing ice-cream cones as we make our way to the Marina Village for live music and window shopping while walking by and admiring all the gorgeous yachts!
