Just a few meters from the sea, Phaedrus Living Seaside Flat Lighthouse 62 provides luxury accommodation with balcony and free WiFi. The flat has been recently luxuriously renovated. Tombs of the Kings is 3.5 km from the apartment. Kato Paphos is a great choice for travelers interested in ancient landmarks, history and harbours. This is our guests` favourite part of Paphos City. With 2 bedrooms and a balcony, this place is suitable for any solo-traveler, couples or family. Our cozy interior will make your stay feel like home. This neighborhood is relatively touristic and offers a wide range of different activities to do during your stay. A relatively quiet and busy area, rich with a selection of restaurants and shops. You can enjoy a stroll in the most popular and busy location of Paphos.
The flat is located very close to the pedestrian road loading to restaurants, bars and shops. Tourist attractions and the Medieval castle is walking distance. Kato Paphos is a great choice for travelers interested in ancient landmarks, history and harbours. Tombs of the Kings is 3.5 km from the apartment.
- All passport/IDâs copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival.
- No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion.
- Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property
- Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft.
- In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest
- Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to Cyprus Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario.
- Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests.
- At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest.
- Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability.
