Welcome to Constantinos Seaview Residence, a beautifully modern and bright two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located on the second floor, with access by stairs. Ideally situated in the heart of Paphosâs tourist district, this residence offers easy access to stunning beaches, popular attractions, delightful restaurants, and convenient shops.
Upon entering, youâll be greeted by a spacious, contemporary open-plan living room and kitchen area, tastefully decorated and furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and an armchair. A 43â smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi are provided throughout. Patio doors open to a lovely veranda furnished with balcony furniture, offering stunning sea views.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, washing machine, and a large refrigerator. A stylish island table with four comfortable chairs complements the space perfectly.
The main bedroom is a modern, tranquil retreat in soft, airy colors, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and large closets with ample storage space for your comfort. There is also a dressing table with a mirror, while patio doors lead to the veranda, where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views.
The second bedroom is a cozy and well-lit space with two single beds and ample storage.
The bathroom is elegantly designed with a bathtub, offering a relaxing and refreshing experience.
Constantinos Seaview Residence is ideally positioned in the heart of Paphosâs coastal area, perfect for an unforgettable holiday. Within a 10-minute walk (1.2 km) lies the Municipal Baths Beach, while the beautiful Alykes Beach is just a 12-minute walk away (1.4 km), offering warm sands and crystal-clear waters. The scenic Lighthouse Beach, known for its breathtaking sunsets, is only 2.5 km away. The area also provides easy access to popular attractions, including the Paphos Archaeological Park (1.5 km), renowned for its ancient mosaics, and the iconic Medieval Castle at the harbor (1.2 km). Additionally, nearby are numerous restaurants with local and international cuisine, stylish cafĂ©s, and shops, while Kings Avenue Mall, only 1.8 km away, offers diverse shopping and leisure options.

All passport/IDâs copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
