When the snow melts, the landscape opens up into a summer playground. Think hiking and biking trails right outside your door, golf at the renowned Greywolf course, and long, sun-filled days exploring the mountains. It’s the kind of place where plans come naturally — and slowing down does too.

The Aurora community itself is known for its quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, surrounded by trees and mountain views that make you feel instantly removed from the noise of everyday life.

Please note that stairs are required to access the front door, and both levels of this bi-level split townhome. Due to this, this may not be the best fit for those with mobility issues.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 9 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Sorry, no pets are permitted on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
