Welcome to our stunning 2021-built modern cabin! With an open-concept living and dining area that seamlessly flows into the large, well-stocked kitchen. Gather around the woodturning fireplace in the living room, or stroll out onto the deck from the living or dining rooms, which extend the full length of the home.

You'll never want to leave this cozy, peaceful haven, with its incredible scenery and great living spaces. And don't worry about being disconnected from the world, with WiFi service available for Netflix streaming and staying connected with your loved ones.

ALL THE DETAILS:

Get ready to sleep blissfully and comfortably against a magical backdrop of extreme quiet and beautiful east-facing views with breathtaking sunrises over Panguitch Lake. Our well-reviewed brand-new hybrid mattresses in each room are accompanied by plenty of soft linens and bedding for everyone.

Our cabin comfortably sleeps 13 people with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a game room, hot tub, and two living areas with large flat-screen smart TVs. Come and enjoy a touch of luxury with our designer touches throughout the cabin.

Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the open yard, and take a short 2-minute walk to the lake for endless fishing fun. The lake offers year-round fishing, and guests can rent a boat from the dock or fish from the shore. In the winter, ice fishing is a popular activity. Please note that the yard is not fenced, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the stunning natural surroundings.

MAIN INDOOR LIVING:
Modern-cabin style furnishings, unique architecture, 2-story windows.

(1st floor) Living room with large sectional sofa, 75” flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker, and board games.

(2nd floor) Main living room is open to kitchen, dining and the large deck with mountain views and partial lake views. The wood burning stove is the center of attention, cozy up on the large leather sectional sofa and enjoy the 75” flat screen TV and the row of window views.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Enjoy the deck w/ lounge chairs, propane fire pit, grill (in the summer) & swing chair. Access from outside stairs and the main living/dining room.

KITCHEN:
Prepare coffee and meals in the well equipped kitchen w/​​ the cooking basics, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, coffee grinder, Crock-Pot, spices, airfryer, etc.

GAMEROOM:
(3rd floor) - w/ foosball and partial views of the lake & mountains.

BEDROOMS:
1st floor Bedroom #1 - Queen bed & closet with bathroom down the hall.
1st floor Bedroom #2- 2 sets of twin bunk beds & trundle bed (5 beds total)
2nd floor bedroom #3- King bed, full closet and 55” smart TV, a bathroom right outside the door.
2nd floor bedroom #4- 2nd master suite with a King bed & its own full bathroom.
3rd floor Master suite #5: King Bed with bathroom suite that includes a walk in shower, closet and soaking bathtub, a 55” smart TV.

HOT TUB:
Soak in the truly divine private hot tub under the covered deck, just a quick step out of the house and into the tub. (We provide hot tub towels).

GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, hair dryer, washer/dryer, central heating, pet fee (paid pre-trip)

We welcome up to (2) furry friends to our cabin for an additional fee per animal. Please don't hesitate to inquire about our pet policy at the time of booking.

Guests will have access to the entire home.
