This luxury waterfront villa is anyone’s dream. A Sea Lovers Dream has been featured in numerous TV shows, including Chrisley Knows Best, Growing Up Chrisley, and most recently, an upcoming crime docudrama series produced by WAG Entertainment UK.

4 Bedrooms
Surrounded by serene water views, you’ll feel calm and relaxed in any of the four comfortable bedrooms (two kings, two queens). Each is equipped with a luxury bed adorned in premium linens, a ceiling fan, and a large flat-screen TV to help you unwind for the night. Two king bedrooms enjoy an en-suite bathroom, so you won’t be short of privacy during your vacation.

3 & 1/2 Bathrooms
Your whole group will have access to spa-like bathroom facilities, ensuring you can freshen up in comfort and style. Two bedrooms enjoy a private bathroom, while a large bathroom and additional guest toilet caters to the rest of the household. Complimentary toiletries and premium sanitary ware are provided for your convenience, and you’ll also find a laundry room with a small kitchenette to take care of your vacation washing.

Kitchen and Dining
Experience joyful cooking from the gourmet kitchen. Equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances, plentiful counter space, and thoughtful touches like an oversized chef’s sink with a built-in cutting board, you’ll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals. You’re spoiled for choice when it’s time to eat – choose from the enormous captain’s dining table, multiple breakfast bars, or even slip outside to enjoy your meals under glorious blue skies.

Living Rooms
Soothe your body and soul from the spacious open-concept living rooms. Decorated in tasteful nautical accents, the living spaces have been carefully arranged into two relaxation zones. Settle onto the plump sectional sofa and catch up with your favorite TV shows on the 65” streaming-ready HDTV, or get cozy in front of the indoor fireplace. Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows let in an abundance of light and you’ll find easy access to the outdoor space, so family life can transition seamlessly.

Outdoor Space
The eye-catching outdoor space has been perfectly designed for you to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Relax under the covered porch with a beverage of choice, take a dip in the heated pool, or enjoy a delicious cookout under the stars. Just steps away is your private dock, where you can launch a boat, cast a line, enjoy paddle boarding/ kayaking, or simply set the crab traps and see if you’re lucky.

General: guests can enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and its beautiful outdoor space. Long-term stays are available.
Parking: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the large driveway.
Work from Home: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace table can be pulled out for two to use in the second bedroom.
Pets: We have a no-pet policy.

- It is recommended to have a vehicle if you plan to leave St. Andrew's Bay. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment with in walking distance once you arrive to the property.

Other Details To Note:
Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door.
Guests will be asked to provide their government-issued photo ID to comply with community regulations.
The swimming pool is available all year round, 24 hours a day. A small fee is charged for pool heating at a rate of $60 per day. The pool heater must be used for the length of stay if decided to do so.
Concierge services are available with notice. Please inquire for details of cleaning services during your stay. There are various boat tours that we can arrange as well. Please give ample notice to reserve concierge services.
