The nearest beach, St. Andrews beach, is a 5 minute drive from the house. The nicer white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach are a 15-20 minute drive from the house.

➤ Is the pool heated?
It’s solar-heated, but temp varies with weather.

➤ How many can sleep here?
Sleeps 12 in beds + more on deluxe air mattresses and sofa-beds. 16-20 people can easily fit.

➤ Any fees for the grill?
Yes — There is $75 flat fee per stay for cleaning/maintenance of the high end gas grill. (A charcoal grill is also available free of charge.)

➤ Is this place good for working remote?
Yes — the Wi-Fi is super fast.

➤ Is there parking for boats/trailers?
Yes — plenty of room in the circular + side driveway.

We require all adult guests to provide photo ID prior to check in. Failure to provide ID prior to check in can result in denial of check in.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ACCURATELY STATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Understating the number of guests is a violation of house rules, and can lead to eviction or denial of access without a refund. THERE IS A FEE OF $250 PER NIGHT, PER GUEST for UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS.

PLEASE NOTE: WHILE WE ALLOW PETS, THE PROPER NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED INTHE RESERVATION. IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A PET, PLEASE INDICATE THIS AT THE TIME OF MAKING YOUR INQUIRY OR BOOKING REQUEST. EACH PET BROUGHT THAT IS NOT IN THE RESERVATION WILL RESULT IN A $1000 FEE.

IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE PET. FAILURE TO DO WILL LEAD TO AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGE of $1000.


IF U WISH TO HAVE AN EVENT AT OUR HOUSE, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE THIS TO US AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH US. UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES ARE SUBJECT TO A $2500 ADDITIONAL FEE.

We will consider guests under the age of 25 on a case by case basis. Additional rules may apply.

Failure to check out on time without permission to stay late impairs our ability to prepare the house for our next guests. As such, as unapproved late checkouts shall be subject to a $200 fee.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area please.

THERE IS NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE. However, there is a large covered porch where smoking is allowed. If guests smoke in the house, they will be subject to a $500 additional cleaning fee.
