Welcome to The Surf Shack! Our cozy beach cottage is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. We welcome guests who are at least 25 years old, and we are pet-friendly. Our home is located at one of the worldâs most beautiful beaches, where you can enjoy fresh seafood, sip on your favorite drink, and engage in good conversation. We offer high-speed fiber internet and HBO Max to keep you entertained during your stay. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay a memorable one!

(Kitchen)
We have meticulously designed our kitchen with your needs in mind! Discover the elegance of stainless-steel appliances, complemented by stunning granite countertops, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply enjoy preparing meals, you'll find our fully equipped kitchen ready to accommodate your every culinary endeavor.
For your safety and peace of mind, you'll find the fire extinguisher and first aid kit conveniently located under the kitchen sink, easily accessible in case of any unexpected situations. The open concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen with the dining room and living room, allowing for a seamless flow of conversation and interaction between spaces.

(Living Room)
Step into the inviting living room where your eyes will be drawn to the impressive 60" 1080p Smart TV, elegantly mounted on the wall. Picture the delightful moments shared by your entire family as you unwind, laugh, and bond over your favorite movies or TV shows. And here's an exciting bonus: HBO Max is included with your stay, offering a vast array of entertainment options to enhance your experience. Get ready to create lasting memories as you enjoy quality time together in the comfort of this living room.
(Master Bed)
The Master bedroom has been meticulously designed to prioritize your utmost comfort. Nestled on the opposite side of the home, it offers a serene and private retreat. Indulge in the spaciousness of the king-size bed and relish in the convenience of your own private half bath. For added convenience and flexibility, enjoy the luxury of a private outside entrance. Ample storage space is provided with a roomy closet and dresser, ensuring your belongings are neatly organized. To enhance your entertainment experience, a cutting-edge 4K Smart Android TV is also at your disposal. Take full advantage of this tranquil haven, designed to cater to your every need.
(Front Bedroom)
The front bedroom, affectionately known as the (Octopus Room), is situated at the end of the hallway. Upon entering, your guests will have the option to choose between a cozy full-size bed on the right or a comfortable twin bed on the left. Rest assured, both beds are equipped with brand new mattresses to ensure a restful sleep. Additionally, guests will find a spacious full-size dresser for their belongings, a Smart TV complete with a Roku box for entertainment, and a shared nightstand for their convenience.
In the closet on the right side of the room, there is a changing table available, which can be used as needed. For added safety, a twin bed rail is also provided to ensure a secure sleeping environment.
(Middle Bed)
Commonly referred to as the (Turtle Room) Located in the middle of the hallway next to the main bathroom, you will find an additional guest bedroom. We designed this space with the little ones in mind. You will find two twin beds, a full-size dresser, a 32â 1080p TV with a Roku Box, and a shared nightstand.
(Laundry Room)
Our laundry space is equipped with a stacked Kenmore Elite front load washer and dryer. You will find this space as you walk into the main hallway between the guest rooms and next to the main bathroom.
(Main Bathroom)
As you enter the hallway, hang a right and then step up into the main bathroom. We recently renovated this space to maximize its potential, I hope you love it! You will find extra soaps, towels, makeup towels, laundry pods, a full-size tub/shower, a large body mirror, and a hair dryer, as well as many other toiletries
(Out Side Area)
Our yard is yours to use. However, we do ask that you be respectful of our neighbors. Currently, there is no fence separating the two properties, but we will be putting one up in the near future. The shed located in the back right yard is off limits. this is one of our house rules, and we strongly enforce it. Please do not go near the shed or try to open it.
Guest access
We want you to feel right at home when youâre staying in The Surf Shack! Youâll have access to the entire home and yard, except for the maintenance closet located in the Sea Turtle Room and the Shed in the backyard, which are off-limits. We hope you enjoy your stay!
Other things to note
Our home was built in the 1940s and has seen many different additions and upgrades in the last 80 years. Please be aware that there are several step-ups and one step down in our house. We want you to have an amazing experience and make many memories, so please be careful and watch your step.
Our air-conditioning system works fabulously. However, due to the Florida heat, it may take longer than expected to reach lower temperature settings. Keeping the curtains closed on hot, sunny days will definitely help.
We provide free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi and HBO Max. However, please note that there is no guarantee against potential outages, nor are we responsible if an outage occurs during your stay. Additionally, HBO Max is limited to 3 active TVs at one time.
Please do not flush anything but septic-safe toilet paper down the toilets. We will supply you with septic-safe toilet paper.
Check-out instructions
If you used the grill, please make sure it has been cleaned appropriately.
Place all used linens/towels in the bathtub located in the hallway. There is no need to place them in the washer.
Load and run the dishwasher before you check out. You can find dishwashing tablets under the kitchen sink.
Take all trash out to the trash bin located next to the mailbox before you depart.
