-Apartment Rules

We want you to enjoy an amazing stay, so please take a moment to follow these simple house rules:

1️⃣ Take care of the space
Treat it as your own. Please handle furniture, appliances, and equipment with care to keep everything in excellent condition.

2️⃣ Smoke-free space
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, on the balcony, or in the common areas.

3️⃣ No pets, sorry
To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

4️⃣ Quiet hours and no parties ❌
Avoid loud noises, especially at night. Parties or gatherings are not permitted in the apartment.

5️⃣ Check-in and Check-out ⏳
-Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
-Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.
If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance. It’s subject to availability and an additional fee.

6️⃣ Trash and personal items
Help us keep everything clean by placing trash in the designated bins. Please don’t hang or display personal items such as clothes, towels, or shoes, and don’t throw anything from the balcony.

7️⃣ Keys and access cards
Please take good care of them. Lost keys or cards will incur a replacement fee.

8️⃣ Capacity and visitors
The number of guests must match the booking. External visitors are not allowed.

9️⃣ Building security
Do not let unknown people into the building through the main entrance. Let’s keep the environment safe for everyone.
