Welcome to this beautifully designed home located in the heart of Punta Paitilla, one of Panama City’s most exclusive, central, and convenient neighborhoods.

This spacious property is ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travelers, offering a perfect combination of comfort, functionality, and privacy. With multiple sleeping arrangements and thoughtfully designed spaces, the home is well-suited for both short and extended stays.

LAYOUT & SPACES

The home is distributed across two levels, creating a natural separation between social areas and private sleeping spaces.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and open layout featuring the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, all designed for gathering and spending time together. The kitchen includes all essential appliances, cookware, and utensils for a comfortable stay.

This level also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer, a guest half bathroom, and a private office. The office features a daybed that can accommodate up to two guests if needed, making it a flexible additional sleeping space.

From the main living area, you’ll have direct access to the outdoor space, where you can enjoy a private pool, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Additionally, there is a separate outdoor bedroom, ideal for guests who may prefer more privacy or require accessibility accommodations. This room features a king bed and a full ensuite bathroom.

On the upper floor, you’ll find a secondary living area and four bedrooms:

One bedroom with two twin beds

1. Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is available whenever possible.

If there are no guests checking out on the day of your arrival, we’re happy to offer complimentary early check-in.

Please note that we can only confirm this one day before your arrival, as it depends on cleaning and scheduling.

2. Is late check-out available?

Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Late check-out is available at a cost of half the nightly rate, as we need to block that day for preparation.

All requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

3. Are outside visitors allowed?

Yes, outside visitors are welcome.

Please note:

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight

All guests and visitors must follow house rules and respect noise levels

Any damage caused by visitors will be the responsibility of the reservation holder

The house is located in Punta Paitilla, one of Panama City’s most exclusive and central residential areas.

The area is known for being safe, walkable, and well-connected, with easy access to main roads, shopping centers, restaurants, and the waterfront.

5. Do you have other properties nearby?

Yes, we have another house located 5 minutes walking distance from this one.

We also manage apartments about a 10-minute drive away, as well as additional homes and apartments in beach and mountain locations.

6. Is parking available?

Yes, the house includes private parking spaces.

Additional street parking may also be available nearby.

7. Are parties or events allowed?

Parties and events are not allowed.

Moderate music is permitted as long as it does not disturb neighbors.

Please respect quiet hours and the residential nature of the area.

8. Is cleaning available during the stay?

Yes, daily cleaning is available for $150.

Please request in advance so we can coordinate scheduling.

9. Is luggage storage available?

We do not offer formal luggage storage.

However, depending on availability, you may be able to leave luggage inside the house before check-in or after check-out. Please coordinate in advance.

10. How far is the house from the airport?

The house is approximately 20–25 minutes from Tocumen International Airport, depending on traffic.

11. Are there supermarkets or restaurants nearby?

Yes, the location is very convenient.

You’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafĂ©s, and shopping centers within a few minutes by car or walking distance, including nearby waterfront areas.

12. Is a crib available?

We do not provide a crib, but we can offer a Pack ’n Play for $50 per stay.

Excellent experience

The rooms were spacious and fresh. Everything worked, and Jonathan was super attentive to any needs we had. The neighborhood is really nice, and the house is easy to find for tour buses and ubers. It's close to a grocery store and some restaurants. It was very pleasant to sit outside in the back, watching the hummingbirds and drinking coffee in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here.
