Great beach getaway

Family gateway!

This was a great property, all was very clean. The beds were super comfortable (that's a plus for me). Very spacious and great location. Only downside was the grill, it was very dirty and the its an electric grill, so very slow cooking. Overall it was great. Will keep them on my list of return properties.

Perfect for our crew!!

We had a great stay at Brolly Beach!! Condo layout was perfect for our bunch. Only downfall was that it seemed like the furniture was on the verge of falling apart! Also, balcony furniture needs to be more suited for kids and not barstools. Other than that we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach!!

Tin foil left in grill...dirty around it and on wall and utensils were on the floor.....drip leaking in the master bathroom sink called and fixed, dirty around washing machine.... piece of furniture was dirty......soap was so cheap so bring soap.....pictures looked better than place. Owners need to come and check their condo.

It was a nice condo. Our biggest complaint was the elevator. The wait for it was long, it’s small and crowds easily. We had a large group so we waited much longer for a empty or nearly empty one to go up or down. The location was perfect for the fireworks show. We enjoyed our stay and the stocked kitchen. I would recommend this one to anyone. The condo was clean with plenty of room. The balcony was my favorite spot. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets.

Perfect stay in PCB

If you choose to stay in PCB I highly recommend this property. This condo was very spacious and clean. We had a great view of the beach from our property. The people staying at the condo were mostly an older crowd so very quiet and chill environment by the pool. Our only issue was with the elevators constantly breaking down. The location is perfect. The beach was not too crowded!

Spectacular view.

This apartment was perfect for us. The layout, the views and the convenience. You get a view of the ocean, sunset and sunrise and of course the moon on the water, and the pond behind the complex has lily pads. The layout allowed my kids to have their own little section of the condo and it’s close to everything. Shopping, food and of course the beach. Two lounge chairs and an umbrella that comes with the condo we’re super helpful and felt like a Luxury. I will definitely come back.

Friends celebrating BIG birthday

I cannot take the survey above - is is out of alignment I am going to sum up everything with one sentence - ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING - it was frustrating, a fire hazard and apparently happens often. The condo was very nice and very clean - we wanted a nice view and we have that - the sewage or drainage to the right of the condo was not great to look at. Pool was nice, staff was ok - Ladies that are at the front desk were pretty useless - but overall we enjoyed ourselves - probably would not come back to this location.

Beautiful property!

We so enjoyed our stay! A beautiful condo all renovated! So nice and clean and beautifully decorated! A very well stocked kitchen- a very nice layout! A beautiful view of the ocean from the living room in the master bedroom! Everything was impeccably clean all new appliances! The bedrooms were very nice sized the bunk area is very nice a full bedroom -the only thing missing is a door - but it’s in the back of the house so it is still very quiet! The pool and the hot tub are awesome! The beach steps steps away! The condo smelled wonderful I believe they use some kind of pure air air fresheners in there- it’s just a beautiful place ! The management company was extremely great with communication! We had a wonderful time with our daughter who is expecting in our granddaughter who is two!!! We will not hesitate to rent here again!! Choose Brolly Beach- 701! You will not be disappointed!
