Bonjour et merci d'avoir visionné le Celadon 108!

Ce condo a été décoré professionnellement et sur un 1er étage trÚs désiré! Nous sommes situés sur la plage avec vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale.

Dans ce magnifique condo, les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique ne sont jamais hors de votre site! Les vues depuis la cuisine, le salon, la chambre principale et le balcon sont incroyables et constantes!

Cette unitĂ© comprend le service de chaise de plage! Vous obtiendrez deux chaises de plage rembourrĂ©es et un parapluie tous les jours oĂč vous ĂȘtes ici ... sans frais supplĂ©mentaires!
Du 1er mars au 31 octobre .....

La cuisine est bien équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine, y compris une cafetiÚre, un grand réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes et un four avec plaque de cuisson.

La chambre principale offre un lit king size avec accĂšs au balcon avant du golfe, un dressing et une salle de bain complĂšte avec double vasque.

La 2e chambre offre un lit king, un placard complet et une salle de bain attenante.

La chambre supplĂ©mentaire avec lits superposĂ©s dispose de lits jumeaux superposĂ©s. Il y a des portes françaises qui peuvent ĂȘtre fermĂ©es pour plus d'intimitĂ©. En prime, nous avons Ă©galement un systĂšme de jeu PlayStation!

Il y a un canapé-lit queen, et préparez et jouez pour utiliser si nécessaire.

Toutes les chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs avec lecteurs DVD! Il y a aussi une belle télévision LCD 42 'dans le salon, ainsi qu'une chaßne stéréo et un centre de DVD.

Ce fabuleux condo est situé au Celadon Beach Resort qui est l'un des meilleurs lieux de vacances en famille de Panama City Beach! Celadon offre beaucoup de salle de plage pour tout le monde, sans autres condos de grande hauteur à l'ouest. Il y a deux grandes piscines dont une chauffée (en saison) et 2 bains à remous!

Il comprend également un court de tennis et un centre de remise en forme situé sur le cÎté nord de la propriété Celadon. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui aiment cuisiner à l'extérieur, il y a des barbecues au charbon et des tables de pique-nique à l'extrémité ouest du bùtiment.

Celadon propose également une grande salle pour les réceptions de mariage ou les réunions d'affaires, cela nécessite un paiement de location séparé et est en fait géré par le Celadon HOA. C'est un endroit idéal pour accueillir un événement!

Lors de votre séjour dans cet appartement condo, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Plages de Panama City. Vous pourrez profiter de services et équipements comme un centre de fitness et un bain à remous, sans oublier une laverie. Great location, beautiful condo, very nicely furnished and decorated. Well stocked for all needs. The included beach chairs were a great bonus. The only minor negative was some very old and too worn kitchen cookware. We would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again.

PCB not for us.

The condo itself was very nice and well appointed. The property management however does not enforce the no smoking policy at all. There were people smoking and vaping all over the property. The beach chairs are also set up about 10 inches away from each other leaving virtually no room to comfortably enjoy them, especially when people on both sides are playing loud music and smoking. People were also allowed to set up their own chairs and umbrellas in front of the beach chairs. On a number of occasions the chair guys could not be found, set up late, and took them down early. At one point, I was sitting under the umbrella in the rain and they came along and took it down. Again, the condo itself is very nice but the crowds, disappointing chair service, and smokers will cause us to choose a different location in the future.

Great Spring Break Get-away

This property was perfect except when we arrived, it had not been cleaned yet. This is the first time this has ever happened to us, and after a 7.5 hour drive, it was a bit disappointing, but I must admit the property manager got on it immediately, and by the time we returned from the grocery store, it had been cleaned, so other than that we have no complaints. (She also refunded our cleaning fee, which we appreciated) I loved being in the Western-most condo in PCB (which is the quiet side of town). My kids enjoyed the hot-tubs and heated pool. Thomas’ Donuts was right down the street, and a huge hit! We also ate at Dee’s Hangout, which had a great smoked fish dip! I loved that we only had to walk down one flight of stairs to get to the beach!

Perfect view of ocean

We recently stayed here as a family with a 2 and 4 year old. The condo had everything we needed from a changing table to kids flatware. My kids enjoyed reading the different children books they had, shell hunting and swimming in the heated pool. The location was perfect also for us, removed from all the crowds and close enough to walk to Thomas's donuts and Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar. The decor of the condo was elegant beachy and felt like home for the week. Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo, so I won't come home with tons of laundry. Would return.

Awesome Condo

This is a great condo. Loved the décor, such a beachy feel. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The unit was clean, and well stocked with most everything we needed. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. It was so nice being on the first floor, and never needing to use the elevator. Perfect location for us, on the west end of PCB. Much quieter, and a lot less traffic. We're looking forward to coming back, and staying in this condo again.

Great condo!

This was a great condo with very convenient location on the first floor. We enjoyed being on the west end of PCB with a more family friendly vibe for our younger children’s spring break. The beach was perfection! The condo was clean, well stocked and well decorated! The beds were comfortable! You won’t regret booking this unit. We will likely return!

Fall Break at the Beach

We've stayed at the Celadon many times and always enjoy our time there. This property was no exception. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The first floor suited our needs perfectly. I can't wait to return and would love to book this condo again!

I really loved everything about this place. So nicely decorated, plenty of places to sit AND enjoy the ocean views, nice balcony furniture, if your into watching t.v. on vacation you have plenty of channels. There are movies and books at your disposal. Kitchen well stocked. Being on the 1st floor is WONDERFUL! No waiting for elevators. And the VIEW! Worth every penny!

Bunk room is not a “bunk” room

First the listing said it had 2 double beds in the bunk room but after sending messages to the agent, I found out it was only a double bed. We had 3 children so we had to bring a blow up mattress. It is changed now on the website. Check in was a nightmare having to wait 30-40 minutes on a cart and everyone trying to get on the elevator. The fitted sheet kept coming off the bed coming into the doorway several times a night. It was nice that it was on the first floor but I think it was a little overpriced. Everything that needed attention, Alesia sent in a maintenance order and everything was promptly repaired. View of the ocean was great!

Family vacation

Loved the location of the complex and unit (first floor). It was Memorial Day week and the beach was somewhat crowded. Enjoyed the facilities and all they offered (two pools, tennis courts, hot tub, exercise room, beach chairs). Would book again.

We had a great 7 day stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Check in was painless and the being on the1st floor was great for coming and going to the beach. Still had a great view of the beach from this level.
