Waterfront Secret (1) is the South-facing unit in the Waterfront Secret building, closest to the beach. The ground floor living space features an open living, kitchen and dining area, along with 2 queen pullout couches and a twin bed tucked inside the entertainment area. There is also a full laundry room and bathroom. Upstairs is a king bedroom which shared a full sized hallway bathroom. Across the hall is the king apartment studio, equipped with a full kitchenette, and walkout balcony overlooking the pond. From the balcony you can catch a glimpse of the Emerald Coast as well. SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF FOR WATERFRONT SECRET (1). Maximum occupancy of this home is 8 guests. Designated parking is assigned for 2-3 vehicles. There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property. Waterfront Secret 1 is dog friendly / Up to 50lbs. / Additional fee will be charged, preauthorization and payment required of $225/ pet. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent. Under 25 must post and an additional $500 damage deposit that will be returned if the home is left in good condition. Guest must sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking and provide photo ID Regardless of booking platform.
