The spacious balcony is ideal for winding down and unwinding while taking in the energizing aroma of salty air and the cool sea breezes. You will find on both floors an open floor plan in the living area that allows for everyone to be included in the conversations. The chef of the party will love the well-equipped kitchen. Relax in the living room with a flat-screen TV to watch your favorite show. You will find downstairs a master suite featuring a king bed and en suite with a shower/tub combo and porch access. The guest bedroom has 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Upstairs is a master suite that features a king bed and en suite with a walk-in shower and balcony access. The guest bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. This duplex sleeps 12 comfortably. We have a washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs for your convenience.
