First Floor:

The modern kitchen is fully stocked for your stay and includes premium stainless-steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining. The dining area seats 8 comfortably, with room for 6 more at the breakfast bar.

A king bedroom with pool views and a full bath with tub/shower combo are also on this level, as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer for added convenience. Step right outside to your private pool deck — the perfect spot for lounging and enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Second Floor:
Upstairs, a second living area offers even more space to unwind with a large TV, sleeper sofa, and cozy twin bunk nook. The king suite features a private balcony and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each feature a full-over-queen bunk, sleeping up to four per room, and share a hall bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Third Floor:
The top level is made for fun and relaxation! The spacious entertainment area offers two large TVs, a mini-bar, and two comfy sofas (one sleeper). Step onto one of two terraces — one overlooking the pool and golf course, the other offering beautiful Gulf views.
