This completely updated 7th-floor studio at Top of the Gulf offers stunning views of the beach and pool from floor-to-ceiling windows. Located in the highly desirable Thomas Drive area, it’s the ideal, quiet home base for your vacation.

Experience a seamless coastal escape in this updated studio, featuring stunning views through expansive windows and a thoughtfully designed layout that sleeps your whole group with two new queen beds and a cozy bunk bed nook. The modern space also boasts two smart TVs, a comfortable dining area and loveseat, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for easy meal prep.

Your stay includes complimentary beach service—a daily setup of two chairs and an umbrella from March to October—so you can head straight to the sand without the extra cost. And to make your arrival even easier, we provide starter supplies like soaps and paper products. While the unit itself does not have a private balcony, you'll find large, shared balconies with comfortable seating on every floor to take in the fresh ocean air.

Prime Location:
Situated on Thomas Drive, the complex is quiet but close to the action. You're just a short walk down the beach from the brand new Tootsie's Orchid Lounge (opening Feb 2026) and near numerous other local hotspots.

Guest Requirements & Resort Policies
~ Age & Agreement: Primary renter must be 21+ years of age, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, and be present throughout the stay.
~ Security Deposit: A $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) is required via credit/debit card prior to arrival. This is released following an uneventful stay.
~ Resort Fee: A $30 resort fee is payable directly to the resort upon arrival.
~ Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests. No pets, ESAs, or outside visitors are permitted.
~ Parking: One guaranteed parking space is provided. A second space is subject to resort occupancy and is unlikely during summer; off-site pay lots are available 1–2 miles away.
