This ground floor, one-level unit sits beach-front high on a dune in private Tranquillity on the Beach complex. Amenities include a community pool and grilling area; designated parking and private beach access just steps away.

As you enter the unit, gorgeous manufactured white oak wood floors great you and flow throughout the living spaces. The first bedroom includes a Queen bed, dresser, LCD TV, closet and small side table with two chairs. Comfortable, new carpet flooring. The bathroom connected to this bedroom includes a single sink vanity, tub-shower combo and also includes the washer/dryer units. The next bedroom includes a Queen bed, dresser, LCD TV and closet.
