Tidewater Beach Resort is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which is home to 124 shops, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options. Tidewater offers easy access to Highway 79, is less than 20 minutes from the airport, and is within walking distance to Winn Dixie, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Marco's Pizza, and Margaritaville.

Tidewater Beach Resort has recently (2025-2026) installed 6 brand-new high-speed elevators in order to help reduce elevator wait times (2 in the parking garage and 4 in the main building). A 7th elevator is in the process of being modernized and is estimated to be complete by July 30. The remaining 2 elevators will also be modernized beginning August 2026 and have an expected completion date of January 2027.

Important Notes:
- Parking & Wristbands: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $35 plus tax & credit card fees (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes up to 2 Parking Passes and 6 wristbands. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link to pay will be sent via email prior to arrival. Max 2 vehicles per HOA restrictions. Watercraft, trailers, campers, golf carts and oversized vehicles are not allowed to be parked on premises.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided, guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
