Il s'agit d'une copropriété luxueuse et décorée professionnellement avec 2 chambres complÚtes, 3 salles de bains et une chambre avec lits superposés pour les enfants. Cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. La chambre principale a un lit king-size et salle de bain privée avec baignoire. Chambre d'hÎtes a un lit queen-size et une salle de bain privée avec une cabine de douche. Chaque chambre est équipée d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD. Le lit superposé de style twin-over-twin est situé dans la chambre avec lits superposés, avec sa propre salle de bains avec douche. Dans le salon, il y a un canapé-lit extensible en cuir et une causeuse en cuir. Le grand balcon de 6'x18 'est orienté au sud, donnant sur le golfe du Mexique de l'océan Atlantique, et vous adorerez les belles vues dégagées sur les levers et couchers de soleil. Avec une épicerie à quelques pas et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, vous pouvez préparer vos propres repas. Il y a suffisamment de vaisselle pour servir un dßner pour 12 personnes. Un lave-vaisselle intégré, plus une laveuse et une sécheuse dans un placard du couloir, facilitent l'entretien de la vaisselle et du linge.

Commerces Ă  proximitĂ©: Le PIER PARK, le mĂ©ga complexe de boutiques, de restaurants et de divertissements haut de gamme, est Ă  quelques pas. Le Pier Park a Ă©tĂ© partiellement achevĂ© en 2007 et sera entiĂšrement prĂȘt cet Ă©tĂ©. Il n'y a rien de tel dans la mendicitĂ© partout avec beaucoup de magasins de dĂ©tail et de bons restaurants.

It’s sad that a property this nice is so poorly managed. The condo itself was nice. Housekeeping could do a better job on the little things like sweeping the balcony. Making sure all the pillows have pillowcases. The check in process is crazy. No order and all made worse by not having anyone helping expedite the process. 2 elevator in the parking garage only one worked our entire 7 day stay. 7 elevators in the condo building one never worked and the wait for one could be up to 45 minutes. My whole family hated it. We will never be back.

Spring Break 2024

This was an absolutely amazing property. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. We had 3 adults & 3 young teens in our group. We all had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The pictures don’t do justice. The balcony view looking over the Gulf is spectacular. Having a full kitchen was a great plus. The washer & dryer came in hand as well. So much to do in the area. Beautiful weather. We will be visiting again. Thank you to our amazing host Oxana for being so communicative for anything we needed. Don’t hesitate! Book this property :)

Fantastic beach trip

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful with a great view of the gulf. The resort has snowballs and ice cream for sale which is great for the kiddos and even a Starbucks! They also have a tiki bar for all of your fun adult beverages. The owner was very communicative about all details of the stay and quickly responds to any questions you may have. This was an awesome trip and we definitely will be returning!

Oxana was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Had a few minor issues that she was extremely quick to resolve. Would definitely stay again. I'm glad she had chair's for the beach an added bonus.

Great communication and wonderful vacation

We had some minor issues upon arrival, but Oxana was very prompt in her responses to us and handled everything quickly and appropriately. The view from the balcony is AMAZING. We were able to see the marine life underneath the beautiful, clear water from where we were. I know others have complained about the elevators, but that’s to be expected at a condo as big as this one. We did have to wait some, but overall there were higher traffic times we just tried to avoid. It definitely didn’t ruin our trip waiting a few minutes at the elevators. There were plenty of carts to bring luggage back and forth, and always an employee around if we had questions. My only complaint really is with the indoor pool and hot tub that almost had an unbearable chlorine smell, no ventilation in there whatsoever. The outside pool was ice cold, and was told the heaters don’t come on until November. Outdoor hot tubs were amazing. View from the outdoor pool areas is also amazing. The condo itself was great and I would definitely return here.

The only issues are the elevators. They are slow and when you are staying in the tallest condo in PCB you need an efficient elevator system! I am saying it’s a MAJOR flaw, not just a little inconvenience! Oh and Also, staff was rude at the restaurant

Overall our stay was okay. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 younger kids(10&8) the rooms were spacious enough for everyone. The bunk room gave enough space for everyone to have private chill time when a a break was needed. Oxana was easily reached whenever we needed. The worst part were the elevators and wait time. The restaurant in the building was not my cup of tea. It was a loud setting and a little darker.

Not great!

The room was not clean. Bed sheets and towels were dirty and furnitures are too old. Lots of dust on the ceiling fans and shelves. But the owner was very nice and they responded us very quick even it was very late night.

Wonderful family reunion

I would absolutely recommend this condo. It has everything you need: comfy beds, fully stacked kitchen, TV in each bedroom and big screen TV in the living room, laundry machine, beach gear in the outside closet. It was nice to have 3 showers (we had 4 adults and 3 kids on this trip). The view from the large balcony is amazing. We even saw dolphins one morning while eating breakfast. The sunsets are just spectacular. The Tidewater Beach Resort location was perfect! We loved being right on the beach and close enough to walk to the Pier Park with lots of restaurants and shops. The owner Oxana was very helpful, and nice to work with. We will be booking this rental again.

Well Appointed with a Stunning View

This property was well appointed with all the luxuries of home - leather furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, and large bedrooms (each with its own bath) and comfy mattresses - but the real stunner is the view! The large windows open onto a nice balcony with spectacular views of the beach below and the Gulf beyond. We had 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids with us and everyone felt like they had their own space due to the condo having a great floor plan. The resort’s amenities were well kept with plenty of friendly staff on hand to assist. We enjoyed both outdoor pools and the game room during our stay. Even though there were a lot of people there during our week, it didn’t feel crowded at all. Because of its central location, getting around to places like Pier Park, Target, and Walmart was a breeze. Parking was easy and transporting our belongings via the fully covered - and air conditioned - walkway was an extra nice-to-have. The owners were very responsive to my questions both before and during our stay and I genuinely felt like they were sharing their home with us.

We stayed the month of march and had great views from the 24th floor. We got to see stingrays feeding and jumping in the air. The condo was nice and taken care of with only a few problems which were taken care of right away. All in all we would gladly stay again .

Unforgettable Vacation

Oxana (owner) was great to work with, the communication was easy and fast. We were looking forward to spend some time with family and friends in Florida. Her apartment is clean and has all the comforts of a home. We were 4 adults and 4 children (12-14 Years). The apartment accommodated us very well we enjoyed the awesome gulf view from the balcony every evening. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would go there anytime again. Loved our cozy condo and great ocean view!

Very nice 2 bedroom condo with a private bunk bed area and a 3rd bathroom. Kitchen is renovated and has all appliances and kitchenware you need for cooking. Be prepared to deal with long wait for elevators especially on checkin days. We found that you can avoid the rush by checking in a little later. We had a great experience overall and will come back.

Very homey property with great views, convenient to Pier Park

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Oxana's condo at Tidewater. We fit 7 comfortably without even using the pullouts. The view is beautiful from the balcony. The kitchen was set up well for meals in. And since it rained a couple of days, it was nice to have entertainment selections in the room. One of the best things we liked about the property was the location. Pier park was in sight from the room. We chose to drive, but it would be an easy walk. Driving into PCB past the airport means you miss almost all the heavy traffic for Beachfront. And it was very convenient to get out for dinner. Highly recommended.

Wonderful beach stay

Very nice condo with beautiful views and a wonderfully well equipped kitchen. Anything needed was there and in excellent condition. Comfy bed also. Owners were very responsive to a small issue that they had no way of anticipating. Lovely three month on the beach.

Most Excellent Experience - Need More "Stars"

I was with a group of ladies who stayed at Oxana's condo at Tide Water Beach, Panama City. It was wonderful! We were more than pleased with how wonderful and accommodating Oxana was to all of our questions and needs. She was so very quick to return calls/texts and genuinely happy to help us out. The condo and the resort were very clean and safe. The workers and security officers were very friendly and helpful. The entire unit, including the beach, was kept up very well at all times. The view from our balcony was breathtaking! It was so hard to leave such a nice place. I hope to go again. If I get the chance, I will definitely book with Oxana and the Tide Water Resort.

Fall Break 2015

Our family stayed in this condo n it's was absolutely a great condo. It was clean n had a awesome view from the balcony n loved the view of the ocean being up on the 24th floor. Everything was so convenient to get to all the grocery n restaurants n even shopping. Will definitely rent from Oxana again when we go back to PCB. She was very helpful n any questions we had she answered them promptly. Loved her condo n the beach!!!! Thank you very much for letting us have your condo for our fall break beach vacation!! Excellent place n service!!
