Guest MUST be 25 and over to check in at this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach.

Tidewater Retreat is a beautifully renovated ocean front getaway at Tidewater Beach Resorts that offers space for everyone and some of the best beach views of the Emerald Coast that you can find in the world! The master bedroom of Tidewater 2411 features a king bed with master bathroom, while the second bedroom hosts a full over queen bunk bed with access to the units second bathroom. The unit also features a bunk room with twin bunks off the main hallway with a private bathroom for use. The common area also hosts a sleeper sofa. Tidewater resorts offers 2 amazing outdoor pool areas and an indoor pool (indoor pool has some work scheduled for 2024 at some point) along with some of PCBs finest amenities!

The Tidewater Beach Resort has a movie theatre and gym as well for the entire family to enjoy throughout the week.

Guest will be provided website details to register and pay for parking and resort bands after booking. 2024 rate is $60 for the rental stay and you register a day in advance of arrival or in person on arrival day.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The condo was everything we expected! It was clean and well organized. We had an issue with the sink handle and the host took care of it within a few hours. This was our fifth year going to Tidewater and this was the best condo we have stayed at. We are hopeful the dates we head back next year will be open so we can stay again.On a side note as usual the elevator situation was less than desirable.

This unit itself was good but will not stay here again because of the elevator system. I’ve never stayed somewhere where I had to wait up to 15-20 minutes for an elevator and then for it to stop on every single floor on the way down! It was a nightmare! Everyone at this condominium was very upset! Not nearly enough elevators to support the place. This unit also needs to provide more towels, there was only 7 towels in the entire unit and we had 8 people. Washing everyday wasn’t on our list of things to do. The elevators in the parking garage wasn’t really any better when da lot of people are checking in at once.

Overall property as listed and decent. however the floor needs a really good mop/steam clean your feet will be black and using a towel napkin or rag on floors will turn them black as well. Property check out states 12p.m. but listing is for 9 and cleaners show up right at that time however getting an elevator or cart to assist in checkout makes it hard and takes twice as long so if your by yourself like me with a child its a diffult task that took 2&1/2 hours making trips to the car, waiting on elevator and no luggage cart. We exited the room still waiting on elevators when cleaning crew arrived at 9 . There was a dirty towel beside washer that looked as if it had cleaned everything in the house like pee toilets. As well as a stained matress on the pull out couch the couch could also use a cleaning that you sit on. We did enjoy our stay.

Tidewater, the good the bad and the great

We are annual travelers to Panama City and this was our first stay at Tidewater. Some things to know is that its centrally located to shopping, restaurants, activities, night life and some of the best ice cream I have ever had.Tidewater is loaded with great features: 2 pools outdoor, 1 indoor. Restaurant on site (but you will pay a top dollar price for it), fantastic staff that are so friendly, the extra security is a great feature. The building is kept clean and everything in working condition which is very hard to do with that many units and that many people.Some negatives about Tidewater....it is VERY crowded. People everywhere. If you are looking for a more secluded type of a condo unit this is not for you. There are kids everywhere, running the halls, running the elevators, dominating the pools and the halls. However, there is great length spent trying to minimize this from happening with wrist bands and telling families their kids under 13 must be with an adult. But yet, it was still very obvious that kids were not supervised.Now for this unit. It was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean, up to date appliances. Sleeps 8 (with the pull out couch) comfortably. They linens were nice and the beds were comfy. There was start up supplies such as shampoo and conditioner and dish washing tabs to get us started. We had our food delivered which was very easy. We had to reach out to the host twice due to needed a few more dishes, they were not only already aware, but were

The only negatives to this property are the elevators and the crowd. The elevator can be slow. The beach is very crowded. Of course, this can be expected in a place this large! The unit is perfect. It is clean, well kept and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family.
