This 3 Bedroom Tidewater Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from the privacy of your own balcony. Encounter the most comfortable beach setting within a short walk to Pier Park.
The condo offers 1950 sq. ft and 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All the furniture and appliances are brand new, just purchased January 2018, creating the ultimate comfort for everyone enjoying it. The kitchen is well stocked and just remodeled with everything needed for a home made meal.
The living room is very roomy, so everyone can sit together and enjoy the breathtaking views. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.

Amazing views!! We had a great time! Thankful we didn’t spend much time in the unit. Unit was run down and needs some new furniture (couch was awful to sit on) (beds ok) (towels very old). Needs a deep clean. While we were there we saw a bed bug remediation company on site. Also WiFi was in and out and made it hard to check in for work.

The location was nice and fairly central with a great view of beautiful sunsets. The room is plain but adequate. The main beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed however, was so bad that our teen girls chose to sleep on the sofas instead of the pullout. The room is very quiet being on the beach side. Being within walking distance of Pier Park is also a nice feature.

Overall a good vacation. The view was absolutely amazing!! Communication with the management was great and we were allowed to check in early.The elevators took too long to come to the 23rd floor, when they did arrive they were packed with people. Excessively long waits for elevator. But that has nothing to do with the condo itself, which was ok. It's older and needs updates throughout and repairs on some closet/pantry doors. Kitchen could use more supplies like hand towels, cooking utensils...The major concern was the A/C unit did not cool the master bedroom. It stayed extremely warm when the rest of the condo was comfortable. We had to purchase a fan to try and draw air from the living room into the master bedroom.Overall "ok" stay, won't book this condo again because of the elevators and lack of A/C in the master.

Check-in was fairly easy. You have the option to register ahead of time, and it is highly encouraged. In the end, it makes the check in process easier. They have carts available for your luggage, which is very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Wi-fi is available, but spotty in the bedroom closest to the front. The host was easy to communicate with and answered quickly. The checkout process was super easy.

Resort is awful!! Never stay there.

The condo we had was decent although dirty and horrible kitchen supplies. The resort is horrid we spent half our time waiting in or riding an elevator and those often broke with people on it. Water was out day and half beach service and rules ridiculous and pools had zero shade areas. Never stay at this resort if you want an enjoyable vaca.

Great beach pools and amenities, but you better be patient!

This unit has been remodeled, but not super well. Everything is nice, but there’s an outlet directly behind one faucet in the master bath and the outlets in the kitchen peninsula are all popping out. Also, the AC is great in all parts of the unit except the master suite. But that’s all minor for the abundant space and incredible view.The building though is poorly planned. The elevator situation was a whole experience, with up to 30 minute waits for elevators on Friday and Saturday due to so many people with beach wagons or bellman carts. In the off hours, it was fast and efficient though.Property amenities were nice and well taken care of, and parking was plentiful and accessible.

everything was good except, no wash rags and you could have left a few more dishwasher rags and something to scrub pans with would have been great , also there is a nail at the bottom of the left hand side of the sofa that tore my grandson up and something to pans with would have been great

AC filter missing and mold and did not cool. The carpet in the clothes was dirty. The mattress needed replacing Along with pillows, towels, couches and couch cushion. Need nice chairs outside tubs stained and no door on the shower only a curtain. The door would not shut. I would not used the washer and dryer because the area was so dirty. Also it needs paint job! Worse place I have paid to stay in. Never again

Where do I start , the room was ok to a point , stuff needs to be up dated for sure , bar stools were old and rusted , living room table wheels was broke , beds were ok I guess , but the elevator’s being out was absolutely terrible !!! I paid so much money for sub par at best stay !! Waited 35-45 minutes up to almost an hour on the elevator !! Not good !! So never again !! They should have had them fixed before allowing that many people to stay in one place so that’s why the title says never again. !! After I paid extra money for early check-in, it was absolutely terrible again never again thanks thanks

Elevators

The actual condo itself is nice and in a very good location. But the elevator situation was beyond ridiculous. The two elevators on the end of each side did not work at all. Going out at night was a nightmare. You would wait 30 to 45 minutes just to get an elevator down to the bottom floor.

Beautiful room

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only complaint is the elevator system, and this is on the resort itself. We were on the 23rd floor. Definitely pack your car the night before you leave and start heading down to check around 8.
