The Summit PCB 303 - low floor beachront

This recently remodeled Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 3rd floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

-Summit does not allow pets

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice.

The experience was great.

Many things to do near by even within walking distance . Band and karaoke was so much fun at the pool. Thy even had movie night out at the pool for the littles. Room was nice and clean. Will definitely be back.

Uncomfortable bed

The bed was uncomfortable sagging in the middle. You can hear the springs popping when you move. No remote for the tv in the bedroom. Ceiling fans need to be clean. The bed was the biggest issue. Needs to be updated

Memorial Day 2024 - #303

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booked late for Memorial Day Weekend 2024. Property is one of the original properties in the Thomas Drive area so don't expect "new" anything. With that said, the property location is ideal if you want to be near the original Thomas Drive end of PCB. Located right next to the old Spinnakers (hopefully to be the new Tooties one day). Unit 303 has old, dated but functional furniture and appliances. Generally clean with some minor needs for repair. Very functional for a family of 4 that wants a PCB beach experience without breaking the bank. Summit people were very responsive. Owners were not. 3rd floor is nice considering that the elevators are always full. If you want boojie - this is not your place. If you want a place to sleep at the beach that is safe and generally clean - give it a look.
