This condo is well-maintained and fully equipped to host your family and friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bath (private bathroom) & beachfront balcony access. The 2nd bedroom is larger and offers two king beds with en-suite bath. The 3rd bedroom offers two queen beds. A 3rd full bathroom is located in hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Large balcony with patio chairs faces directly to the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $525 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $300 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 11 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.
