â Each unit can have up to 2 vehicles within the gated area.
â Additional vehicles must also be registered; however, they must park outside the gated areas in the commercial parking lot along Joan Avenue.
â Digital permits are required for all vehicles, including those parked in the commercial lot.
â Vehicles without a digital permit may be towed without warning.
Things to Note:
- The individual booking must be 25+ and staying at the condo for the duration of the booking.
- The following are prohibited: pets, smoking, vaping, parties, unauthorized guests, etc.
- Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM.
