Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

We also have a large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, 1300 feet of beautiful white sand beaches, on-site jet ski/umbrella chair rentals as well as 24-hour gated security with plenty of parking. This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS unit. Renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the unit for the entire rental term.
