Sunny by the Sea has wood grain ceramic tiles throughout, raised ceilings with recessed lighting, a 65” 4K full featured TV with Roku in the living room and 50” full featured Roku TVs in the bedrooms. The furnishings are contemporary and comfortable with the extra-large sliding glass doors offering a delightfully bright and beachy ambiance. Be sure to bring your devices because we have Lux Speed WiFi provided throughout the property!

Your open floor plan great room has a queen sized sleeper sofa and two recliners. It opens onto your extra large ground floor patio. The dining area is adjacent to the seating area and it has a table that seats 6.

Your modern kitchen with quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances is complete with a range that has both Airfry and convection features, a large stainless refrigerator and over the stove microwave. The coffee lovers are sure to enjoy the Keurig coffee maker, too. The stack washer and dryer are located in the kitchen for your convenience.

The 'Sunnyside' Main Suite has a luxurious king sized bed with high thread count linens and soft fluffy pillows. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud in this golf course facing bedroom. The 'Sunnyside' main bathroom is private and has beautiful modern cabinetry and a fabulous walk in shower.

Location, location, location. Relax after your day of fun in the sun on our south facing double back porch. This large space is warm in the winter as the sun sets on the horizon, and cool in the summer with the sun overhead. This comfortable unit is located very close to the ocean, just steps away from the overpass to the beach, a couple of doors down from the first tee block on the golf course and across from the state-of-the-art gym, several heated pools, and the tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Take a complimentary tram ride over to the beach. Sit back in the evening and listen to the frogs sing in the ponds just outside your door and watch the evening sky, lit up by the enchanting view of glass bowl lights on the towers.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side.
