Welcome to Summertime Blues 5706, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat just a 5-minute walk from the beach! Perfect for large families, this fully furnished home features an open-concept living area, enclosed Florida room, detached studio, and a relaxing backyard hot tub. Enjoy comfort, privacy, and plenty of sleeping space for up to 11 guestsâyour perfect Panama City Beach getaway awaits!
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
This centrally located home is walking distance to the beach. The living area is an open concept with an enclosed Florida room that can be used as an extra living space or game room. There is an additional building at the back, which is great as an extra sleeping area or office space. Home comes fully furnished along with a hot tub in the backyard. Guests interesting in traveling with pets should inquire!
This vacation rental features:
Bedroom 1 with a King Bed-Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and twin bed over the queen-Sleeps 3

f. Animals must be leashed in outdoor areas
Please take the trash bin to the street on Sunday and Wednesday nights, as trash pickup day is every Monday and Thursday. After the trash is picked up, please bring the can back inside the garage.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.
