The Monterey is a small private gated community located along the shores of Seacrest beach. Gulf front and just steps away from the community pool, this unit is perfect for your home away from home while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere along 30a. When you first enter this condo, you will notice the beautifully appointed open-concept living area. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all open to each other, making this the perfect layout for entertaining! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals on those nights you want to stay in. Monterey Condo is an exclusive gulf-front condominium on the south side of Highway 30A between Alys Beach and Watersound in the beach community of Seacrest. The gated complex is composed of three Mediterranean-style buildings, twenty-four units, and was constructed in 1999. Each floor has two units, so each unit is a wonderful corner unit. Its neighbors are condos, Capistrano, and Tranquility. Amenities include 275 feet of pristine beachfront, a heated pool, a private walkway to the beach, and lush landscaping. Walk to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, Bike on the famous 30A bike trail, and watch unsurpassed sunsets.
