PARKING NOTICE: Trailers, boats, campers, commercial vehicles, and similar equipment are not permitted anywhere on Casa Del Mar property. In addition, parking is only allowed in owners' garages and in the designated spaces directly in front of garage doors. Parking on grassy areas, common areas, or in marked no-parking zones is strictly prohibited.
Please also remember that each unit is limited to a maximum of four vehicles at any one time, with no more than two vehicles parked in front of the garage. Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

*This resort requires the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 25 years of age.
