Beachside Townhouses are located right on the beach and is half mile from Pier Park at the west end of the beach where Hwy 79 and Front Beach Rd meet. It is very nicely decorated. It has a sliding glass door that opens onto a deck that goes right into the sand and the Gulf of Mexico. Sip your favorite drink on the deck and watch the tide roll in on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches"!!

This wonderful 3-bedroom condo features a large kitchen and living area, king beds in every bedroom, and a back deck overlooking the beautiful emerald waters and white sand beaches. It would have been nice to have pots and pans that were not rusty. Had to eat out all meals and that was expensive.

Positive Thoughts: great spot loved walking out back porch and being right on the sand and beach! Also had some beach toys under back deck . Restaurants and shopping in area was fabulous! Great time with family and was just an overall great trip. Would we stay again yesNegative: The only thing that it needed is a remodel. Very outdated. That didn’t bother me too much but had some young adults with us and they said it was old timey. Couldn’t watch TV’s upstairs. Don’t know if it was a cable, internet, or TV issue.

First off the location and being right on the beach is AMAZING! However this townhome is dated and not well maintained from the inside to the back deck. A lot of little things are broken or missing. Having 3 king rooms with on suite bathrooms in each was a huge plus.

I think the word "stunning" needs ro be removed from the description of this townhome as it's far from it. There are many issues with this property one being it really needs to be updated...everything is old. The living room furniture is nasty dirty and needs to be cleaned. So does the carpeting ...nasty dirty. The batroom sink in the mater room left side, runs slow. The frig is old and makes alot of noise, doesnt have drawers for storage. The lights in the kit fan has 2 bulbs that are out and the fans in all rooms need to be cleaned, they're dirty. The items in the kitchen to use were scarce. There were a total of 4 glasses...that's all. I've never seen a kitchen that has very little provided to renters. I could go on....I've been coming to PCB for over 20 yrs and have always looked for properties on the beach..thus the reason I booked this one. I will make sure when i return, I do NOT spend my money on this one again. The owner really needs to come stay in his property and figure out wha needs to be done to upgrade this.

This property should not be rented

As a STR owner myself, I hope this review helps future renters, the owner, the management company and VRBO. Let's start with the positives: This property is located directly on the beach. Step out the back door and it's a short walk to the water. There are restaurants and a Winn-Dixie within walking distance, and it's located on the quieter parts of PCB. Other than that, this property should NOT be rented out! The pictures on the listing are old and are not what you walk into. The unit was filthy, had ants throughout and is in extremely poor condition and in some parts hazardous. The management company did respond promptly to my concerns, and the unit was recleaned the day after check-in, but I had to go buy cleaning supplies and bug spray just to put my groceries away. The floor had been swept but clearly had not been mopped in a while! They also sent someone to unstop two of the sinks and a tub so they could be used. The kitchen is sparsely stocked with very few eating utensils (the management company did send a set so we could eat), there are no plates and 3 glasses for our use. The few pots for cooking are rusted or broken. We had one pot usable to cook out of and no bakeware. The back deck had boards sticking up and someone did come screw those down. The back patio furniture is filthy, and we had to put towels down just to sit. In my 20 years of STR, this is a first!!!! Had I been able to find other accommodations for the week, we wouldn't have stayed.
