Congratulations! You have selected a spectacular condo on Panama City Beach which has recently been voted one of the top 3 most beautiful beaches in the WORLD. Watercrest Resort is conveniently located on the "quiet" East end of Panama City Beach and is well maintained with wonderful staff and full time security. Parking is always easy and the elevators are never backed up. This condo is a newly remodeled with no expense spared to create a perfect home away from home with an AMAZING view. We look forward to sharing it all with you. Watercrest just completed a $4.3 Million dollar renovation.
We are located on a 27 mile stretch of beach in Northwest Florida's paradise renown for sugar white sand and emerald water! The pool complex consists of a large pool (heated in cooler months) TIKI BAR- serving your favorite drinks and snacks, Kiddie Pool, Hot Tub, and ample pool furniture. Please come and experience this spacious 1440 sf condo. The condo has an open floor plan with a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both baths also feature new granite counter tops and the master has a stunning walk in shower. One of our favorite things about this floorplan is the size and shape of the large balcony. There is plenty of space to serve dinner on the balcony and enjoy the sun set, or share breakfast with the family. The master suite has a a king size bed and the second bedroom is a very large room with two queen beds with direct access to the hall bath as does the living area. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. The views of the Gulf are truly amazing through the large sliding doors and windows! You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the Tennis, Pickle Ball, and Bocci Ball courts, shuffle board, indoor Racketball court and exercise room. ALL FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT!
Beach Service is provided which includes two padded loungers and an umbrella. Just let the service attendant know you are in 1409 and he will have it set up for you everyday! Come and be pampered!

At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City Beach has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Overall our stay was great. I wish however the unit had a few more bath towels. and maybe a small amount of laundry detergent to clean sheets and dish towels with.

The place was really close to the excursions & restaurants. Beautiful view. The electric had gone out the day we got there & the A/C didn’t reset. It was really hot that night but Sherry & Fred handled that quickly the next day. We never did figure out some of the light switches. Lol. The place was clean & nicely decorated. The TV in the smaller bedroom didn’t work. The elevator was down for a bit. There were really loud guests nearby. Overall we would stay here again!

Poor Communication

We paid well for our stay but we’re sorely disappointed. It smelled like sewer as soon as you walked up to the building, no air conditioning for three of the four full days with no notifications on such. When I asked the property manager, they advised they just found out Sunday but did not bother to call us and advise. There was a dirty blanket on master bed, broken shower head in the master bath, dirty couch cushions and the cushions outside on the balcony really need replacing. Couple of the plug ins were broken as well. Extras - spacious area with two futons and a pull out couch, isolating fans in the bed rooms, lots of seating, cute decor and the beach chair service was very nice. Problems could be easily fixed with the right management but definitely will not be visiting this condo again.

Great beach get away

Everything was just liked it looked online. Very pretty and had a gorgeous view! Unit was very clean and I loved the decor! Having beach chairs was a definite plus! We enjoyed the pool. Parking was great!

Great Spot!

The condo was as advertised—spacious and an awesome, large balcony (and a great view all day, everyday)! The corner unit is really nice with its wall of windows and really affords a wonderful ambiance and openness; making dinner with that wide view of the Gulf was great! The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun for the kids, and the beach is always fantastic! The condo was clean and well-stocked with the needed starter implements, however the floor could’ve used a little mopping, maybe. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks!

Family get away

On the quieter end of Panama City Beach which was great for us. Close to the marina and lots of restaurants. The property was clean and as advertised with plenty of room for 2 seniors, 2 tweens and their dad.

Pros: comfortable, updated and clean. Great pool and beach access. LOVED the included daily beach chairs and umbrella. Laundry area was a great space for storage. Very quiet and private. Cons: fridge part broken upon arrival (we could still use the fridge, thankfully), both beds in the shared room had broken slats, frying pans need replacing, there were no bathroom hand towels, and the teaspoon set in the kitchen is missing.

Memorial weekend

Memorial Day week Vacation with family. Great area. None commercial area. Nice level beach to activities. Clean condo with a large balcony with excellent evening sunset view over ocean. Kitchen with plenty of supplies if you so choose to cook. Only a couple of negatives, needs a light over kitchen table as it was dark when we played games in the evenings. Also only one extra blanket available, had we known we could’ve brought blankets from home. Tons of decorative pillows though. Would stay here again if ever return to area.

Disappointing - lack of transparency

We were extremely disappointed to learn that the renters of this unit chose not to disclose that the beach in front of our condo was closed and under noise construction for the entire duration of our stay. Had to walk 3/4 mile down the beach to have access, no loungers as advertised. Only 1 beach towel in the unit. Beach construction noise disrupted sleep through the entire night (all nights except last night of our stay). Rate for the week was same as several other units down the road that would not have had all the construction. After reading local news articles it was clear that this information was readily available and could have been shared, but they opted not to. Disappointing to rent a beachfront condo for vacation and not have the access and excessive construction noise. I recognize it was not the owners fault, but disclosure would have been appropriate.

Lovely rental for off season

Lovely condo, pretty much as advertised. Did appreciate that it appeared up to date in terms of furnishings and appliances. We loved having so few people in the condo complex Christmas weekend; when it got busier there were waits for the elevator, especially when one of the two that access the upper floors was not working. Internet also got slower when more people were in the complex. Some lights didn't work but between overheads and lamps we had plenty of light. Would rent again in off season.

All and all it was nice. Unfortunately, pickle ball courts had no nets and racquet ball was closed. No toiletries (shampoo, body wash, bath soap, etc). Each bathroom did have a hand pump of soap. Master bath has two sinks (nice), but only one hand pump. No Tissues in Condo. And bathrooms had one roll off toilet paper plus the previously used roll. We were there 5 nights so not enough for a week. Lots of times description says just a starter supply, but don’t recall reading that
I could have missed it. Plenty of dish detergent for dishwasher, but only 3 pods for washer and you have to start a load of towels upon departure. Did call property manager when we arrived to them know that a light was broken in the living room and that bedroom overhead light was not working. He said thanks for letting him know and he would look into it. Presume that overhead was a burnt out bulb, but not sure and he didn’t offer to come check it out why we were there. Extra pillows for sofa pullout were very small and flat. Pillows on beds were nice. Condo was clean, just those few extras listed above would have been nice

Beautiful & comfortable condo. Laundry room is right by front door so you can take suits, etc straight to washing machine & not being sand in. Private decks were scattered which is great. Only bummer is there’s a mesh protector on the balcony grates - perfect if you have small children, dogs or things that could roll off, but sexy furniture keeps you at eye level with it - you have to stand to see over it to the ocean. Overall was an amazing condo.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Unit 1409 is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. Loved the walk-in shower in the master bath. Keyless entry is great. We loved the large balcony and would sit out there early in the morning and enjoy the view! We would definitely stay here again!

This condo does not disappoint! Beautiful, well appointed, and roomy enough for our long weekend trip. Amazing view of the Gulf and the sunsets! Responsive hosts and great location on PCB (away from the larger crowds). We throughly enjoyed our first trip to PCB and will definitely be back!

Great Location

Check in was very easy and everything was in working order. The furnishings are quite nice and it has one of the best views on the beach. I consider it a great location and it's away from the busy area. There seemed to be some sand still on the floors when walking around the condo but with the view, the location, and the furnishings we thought it was a great place to stay.
